I like to see exp as a money saver. Doesn't cost anything yet gives a good bonus.

From what I've read on here ord is the minimum for exp on a 20yo... Therefore ord at 21yo = 1 year behind, not to mention he could pop to ave exp next week = not that bad.

At his levels w/ gifted bowling = good player IMO. His fielding needed 1-2 levels of work but that was about it... He would have been gun and was a STEAL at that price. The main thing he lacked was batting, keeping and power, which for a player of his bowling type isn't too bad. He could be a jet.

when we say Ord at 20 we mean at the very, very lowest Ordinary. Don't go lower than that.

well since no one is talking in here i'll tell you about my day at cricket yesterday
I play Sub District Cricket and we had a day out:
we won the toss and sent them in
as per the norm i took up my spot behind the stumps with my trusty well worn gloves (am still working in my new ones for next season) and it wasn't long before i was in the action taking a sharp catch low to my right in front of second slip.
a short time later we had bowled them out for just 65 with 1 of our opening bowlers taking 9/32 off 13.2overs.
then on went the pads as i also open the batting season avg of 48.50 (highest of those that have qualified) so far this season  ;)
we declared at 4/162 after 29.4 (Cyrus 82 holed out on the boundary as the capt. ask me to go hard as we wanted 100 lead and time to bowl before stumps  :'( ) leaving us 16 overs to make a dent in them before next week,  They are 4/43 overnight. Not a bad day out for the mighty Cougars.  ;D
Cyrus had a good day with 3 catches and a stumping to go with his 82.

In my juniors I was an opener with the bat and ball :P
Now in seniors I bat at 7 and open the bowling.

Richardson won't go for that much, he has all the wrong talents, a lowish wage and low fielding.

Texel isn't as good as either of the guys Cyrus mentioned above ::)
