I'm in the same boat, but wanting to get the wickets quickly, which is hard to do on a flat...

I've had 2 30yos this year and 1-2 30 yos last year. I've found at 30 they don't plop... It's once they hit 31 the plops really begin to happen. Maybe I've had 1 plop? But yeah I haven't really ever got plops with a 30yo. They're alright to keep at 30yo, unless you're just selling him at 29yo for extra value.
