Download it. Open it with excel.
Copy all the players details and paste into notepad. Then copy and paste from there into the predictor, then enter your training plan and academy levels on the right.
If you still cant do it hit me up with a pm, tell me your academy levels and plan for them and I am happy to do it for you (or anyone else).

ok, yep, followed what you said and it works. I think i'll enter them manually as name and stuff doesn't really matter.

It says don't change the green squares, but when i change the starting age it affects the pattern. Is that right?? If so i think i've got it. :)

So if he had no Spare Ratings he's 26000. Plus it'll be more as i will get at least another YA pop in the next 3 seasons.

I'm serious about Guillard, don't think I'd sell McKintosh.
You would need to make me a nice offer for Guillard though because he is in my plans.

Nah probably not. Smiddie has offered me 350k in the past and that was before I got all the secondary pops.

Hi. Its likely that your player will make the squad in the future, but at this stage he is not developed enough to warrant a position in the squad.

To maximise his chances of being selected, you need to keep him on batting/batting tech training to spectacular before moving him onto strength training.

Yeh he probably was short of NAT standard for a finger spinner.
Finger Spinners tend to be at a higher standard.
Like for instance, Lesnar can't get a gig at Dutch team and he is a fair bit better than Ud-Din age wise.
