Looked like I was potentially going to win my youth match...

Then BOTH my established bats got ran out.

Good work there PB. :D

Anyone know how long before a commentary submission takes to get ok'd?

I still haven't heard about my first one (still pending approval) and thought I'd put up another...

BANG! After smashing that one out of the park Bradman strides to mid pitch, holds up his bat and says to the Hadlee "read this" - Hadlee perplexed and confused says "what's arrubakook?" Bradman replies "That's kookaburra backwards - in case you've forgotten what the ball looked like" - Definitely no laughing matter for Hadlee. 6 is all the scorer can award.

Can take a few days roost so just be patient ;)
I had a piece of commentary accepted once, can't remember what it was though...

End of over 40 (4 runs) - The Matchbox Matadors(193-9) RR 4.82
D. Mahabir 4 (6b) , S. Raymer 1 (3b) , B. Engelbert 8-1-33-4

That is against BP on a green pitch. Not expecting to win, and didn't help that lost both my openers in consecutive balls in the third over ::)

Donnelly has called tails and lost the toss. Ireland ponders for a moment before deciding to bowl first. North Down will start their innings shortly.

The weather for the match is expected to be Cloudy and the groundsmen have prepared a Uneven pitch. Conditions look good for the seam bowlers.

ooooooohhhhhhhhhhhhhhh yeah got what i wanted 8)

2.3   W   O'Carroll to Thompson : [catch] It's up! Regan is coming round quickly for it... and takes the catch! Rash thinking and a bit of premeditation from Thompson has him on the way back to the pavilion.
E. Thompson c P. Regan b. C. O'Carroll 3 (10b 0x4 0x6) SR:30.00

more of this please

27.6   4   Regan to Cunningham : Too short from Regan and Cunningham punished him. One bounce and over the rope.

the first boundary of their innings :(

31.3   6   Regan to Power : A poor delivery has Power in two minds there, four or six.

the first six of their innings :(

End of over 35 (maiden) - North Down(101-10) RR 2.89

should be able to chase that down inside 15 overs

CrowsFan

An unexpected 19 run win over BP, bowling them out for 174 with 5 balls to spare :)
Was a little worried since their last wicket put on 50 runs!

End of over 15 (6 runs) - Cicjose(102-2) RR 6.80

A. Jones 20 (17b) , S. Ireland 39 (38b) , L. Robinson 4-0-13-1

That is the 50 partnership (50 runs, 37b, 7x4, 0x6) SR:135.14

14.6   1   Robinson to Ireland : Ireland launches a ferocious pull in the direction of mid wicket, where O'Leary sticks out a leg and deflects the ball. Square leg comes around to collect. Judging by the way O'Leary is holding his ankle now, I'd say he regrets not using his hands.

End of over 15 (6 runs) - Cicjose(102-2) RR 6.80

is it inside 15 overs if i win from the last ball of the 15th?
