Nice knock by Wallace :o. Doren had a day out with the ball as well :P. Shame he gave up so many runs though.
Don't really care about the runs, the conditions didn't suit him anyway. It was a Dry/Waindy, thus why i played my two spinners. But playing Peden sort of backfired, only made 17 and is now satis fatigue.

Got a bot on Tuesday for T20 so can rest a few there. But my main aim is trying to beat Nails with 25-30k less ratings ???
Go Green pitch (If Home Game) and you have a chance :P.
Nah, meant Nails in a friendly on Sunday. ;) But it suits, Overcast/Uneven, my forte. I've given up on playing Merchant for the extra bat, just going to be simple and play 5 seamers ;D

Looking tight Voldy.

Justin Bieber

Ah.... Stand a chance ;). I've caused 20k+ upsets so it's possible. Nails pulled a big one on me Yesterday so anything is possible :P.

End of over 33 (2 runs) - Begbie's All Stars(133-4). 146 runs required from 17 overs. RR 4.03 RRR 8.59
M. Barnes 12 (29b) , D. Mboya 11 (26b) , L. Sweets 7-1-19-1

Sweets has done me proud.
I didn't set orders though so I am still nervous :-X

EDIT:
34.4   W   Sweets to Barnes : [catch] There's a noise as that goes through to Booth and Sweets turns and appeals. Glove? Bat? Barnes's arthritic wrists playing up? Doesn't matter, umpire says it's out.
M. Barnes c S. Booth b. L. Sweets 15 (35b 0x4 1x6) SR:42.86

Sweets is a sexy beast that is sexy >:D

    End of over 35 (1 run) - Begbie's All Stars(141-5). 138 runs required from 15 overs. RR 4.03 RRR 9.20
P. McCloy 0 (2b) , D. Mboya 16 (30b) , L. Sweets 8-1-20-2

40.4   W   Pyke to O'Rourke : Loud scream for LBW. The umpire pauses for a moment before raising the finger. Superb bowling from Pyke, getting the ball to move off the seam.
B. O'Rourke lbw b. M. Pyke 3 (9b 0x4 0x6) SR:33.33

MANIA STRIKES! :D

42.5   W   Pyke to Doyle : Middle stump out of the ground! Well bowled by Pyke and Doyle is looking at the stumps in disbelief!
E. Doyle b. M. Pyke 2 (9b 0x4 0x6) SR:22.22

Taking care of the tail :) That's 3fa now.

End of over 50 (8 runs) - Clonliffe cricket club(249-6) RR 4.98

End of over 1 (maiden) - Cicjose(0-0). 250 runs required from 49 overs. RR 0.00 RRR 5.10

T. Thumper 0 (6b) , M. Lansdown 0 (0b) , A. Mashud 1-1-0-0
0.6   .   Mashud to Thumper : Mashud hits a solid line and length outside off stump. Thumper watches the ball as it goes through to Henry.
0.5   .   Mashud to Thumper : Well left by Thumper. Dot ball.
0.4   .   Mashud to Thumper : Lansdown can thank his lucky stars! Thumper drove firmly back up the wicket and Mashud got a finger on it and diverted it mere whiskers away from the stumps with Lansdown a long way from safety.
0.3   .   Mashud to Thumper : EDGE! Oooh just short of a diving first slip. Mashud can't be too disappointed, was a great stop in the end. No run.
0.2   .   Mashud to Thumper : Short of a length from Mashud and Thumper blocks it back to him comfortably.
0.1   .   Mashud to Thumper : Thumper gets forward and punches the ball sweetly to mid off. Good timing, but no run.

He is now a NAT and will be touring. Woohoo. :D Makes the overpay worth it now. :D

Wow !! The Oz U19 Nat selectors must be the most brain dead of the lot ... who takes a player on tour with dreadful fielding  :o :o :o   They must be desperate   ???

Is it just a co-incidence that the day after Shaggy buys this player he gets selected in the Nat squad? If anyone else owned him he wouldn't get a look in. The Oz U19 Nat selectors have got some serious issues.

5.4   W   Miller to Thumper : [catch] Short of a good length delivery on the stumps, Thumper makes room and takes a swing. The ball clips the top edge and balloons up to mid-on.

A reply to my question about his possibility for a WC showing if I successfully bought him.

Well I can tell you he just pooped in tech last week but if you put him on fielding till WC and played him enough to get reas exp then he would probably go on last tour, pitch friendly of course and the WC.
My assistant wants him in instead of Smart so if you buy him and I know you are doing that I will bring him in almost straight away.

And then the message I received from Mick today, not realizing or even checking if he was in the squad or not, and not initiating it:

QuoteSent at: 11 Nov 11 09:13   From:  MOD-crowfan65   To:  86Suited
Ok he is in the sqaud and touring mate so you wont get to use him for a week starting the 21st. Just makesure he gets that fielding to at least ord then we can take another look at him.

Now, I think you would find that he would have been selected regardless had he been given the right care and a simple message to the managers. Mick and Iv wanted him in the squad and as far as desperate goes, you are talking about a WC winning combination and have only been in the NT scene for a limited time. A solid fielding team can carry a poor fielder. It's not recommended but it isn't that bad. In NT, we have played reasonable fielders.

But they know he will be experience whored for the season and that he will be on fielding until the WC as well so what is the harm when their best WS is a cap/cap bowler?

And don't insinuate I have anything to do with anything Baz. It makes you look petty trying to put things on me. You may get away with it with Cookie but you should know that I will always bite, joke or not.

Oh flower off baz. He was most likely in their plans anyway but like most NAT managers CF wouldn't be putting him in the squad when he was for sale. They would know he'll be their best wristy by the WC and his fielding will be decent by then so why wouldn't they be putting him in the squad? It's not seniors... Stick to what you know before you start making bs claims.

EDIT: Well Shaggy has clarified it...

Again ... Why wasn't he already in the squad before Shaggy bought him Boomz, if you are so smart?

Baz, why don't you take your conversation to the Garage and ask Damage and CF yourself as to why. You are a member there, so make use of it instead of claiming I have any pull in the U19 selections. Or better yet you could read back in this thread to when I said I was going to buy him and see where cookie said he would be int he WC plans.

8-6 Suited

How do you know he wasn't in the squad prior Baz? That he wasn't kicked while he was for sale to inflate the price? You don't so STFU.

^ Bolded bit. Before that how would I know? I'm not part of their team. Why don't you ask CF instead of saying Shaggy has something to do with it and acting like a flowerwit.
