I used to think Sweeney was a gun and then I saw all the keepers you guys have :(

Maybe I'll take him to cap/rel fielding... so that'll boost his overall ratings so I can feel better about myself...

Really wish I could get his prims higher though so maybe keeping training...

He actually has better batting that my keeper at the same age. I suggest you get his fielding up a level or two then just put him on keeper-batsman training. It takes about a season to pop in batting while on keep/bats (but thats in a decent academy).  He is a good player, just be patient with him - he is only 21.

He is quite a solid Young Keeper, especially if you are going to keep him long term. I had some spare change last season so bought a young keeper with my cash :P.

I saw that ;). Shouldn't go up that much more though as Experience isn't AWESOME :P. Although expecting you'd be farming him this season?

Some Youth pulls come with Ord Experience (if you're lucky)

And with a bit more luck they also come with a good skillset/talent.

Obviously just had a very high level of poor experience (I had a guy with dreadful pop to poor after just 2 games), or he started with ord which can happen
