You're going to have to work fielding for at least the next season and a half to get to a good level though...

He wont be starting XI for at least 3 - 5 seasons. He will get games each season to work on his experience but he will be on primary training for at least 3 seasons (should be able to get to at least spec/spec). Then the next 2 - 3 seasons will be secondary training.

That was back when players were cheaper zz.

The guy I mentioned rel/rel finisher w/ cap fielding went for only 28K :(
