Too much for me to spend. Expanding my ground now to try and reap the benefits long term.

Am overflowing with reliable batsman/bowlers and clearing out 3 right now. More likely to follow :'(.

Except for those who were with my last season. Only 2 of them got the chop from my senior side :D.

A nice little tune up today, a sort of getting to know you day for the new boys and gave me a chance to decide who'd join Rabbani and Johnson in the attack. We won by 40 runs. Sibanda and Sim continue right where they left off, Sibanda made 100 and Sim 81. My new American batsman Wyatt "Big Country" Reed (For some reason he frowned at "Fatar*e" :P) scored 71 in quick time as well. John O'Brien picked up 3 and probably locked down the third pace bowlers spot for now and Berihun Kanaja my Kenyan boy looks like he can become a nice all rounder. Roll on the start of the season

The Pack have already secured their first win of the new season. We bowled first and destroyed them for 43 (and that was only through a rearguard action. We had them 8/23). Everyone chimed in with wickets. We just cruised and knocked it off in 5 overs.

Interesting start to my game. I won the toss and elected to bat. 1st ball -- my new opener out for a golden

0.1 W Hurn to Findlay : This my friends is what we call a fruit salad. A peach of a delivery from Hurn that cut back onto the stumps, the batsman appearing to play his shot like he'd stepped on a banana skin and was obviously plum(b) before Findlay walked back to the pavilion looking redder than a watermelon.

Not a good start. I then lost my second wicket in the 5th over. Not looking too good (but not bad either). End of over 5 (4 runs) - Valkorum(27-2) RR 5.40

From there I didnt lose a wicket but only managed to put on 160 from my 20 overs.

Now it's time to unleash my new Fast opening bowler. What a great debut over - 2 wickets and only 1 run

End of over 1 (1 run) - Kruddlers Killers(1-2).

Now currently at: End of over 6 (4 runs) - Kruddlers Killers(28-5) with my new fast bowler taking 3/3 off 2
