hoping I can work my way from 4th to 1st in Youths... would give me promotion in all 3 competitions in my first season...

He's not that great but going from poor>ord summary bowlers will do. I only need minor improvements.

He's not useless lol... He's useless for most but his level of bowling makes him a top 3 bowler in my youth squad...

I've won like 5 or so matches in a row in youths and am now coming up against the top team, I feel I only need 1-2 improvements in my squad and this guy is one of them.
