roo boys!

LOL that's my friend from school. His team's shower :P :-X

CrowsFan

Yeah I thought it was RB. His team was extremely fatigued too. I hate this game some times!
Just when I thought my season was going along nicely and then that happens

roo boys!

He doesn't go on FTP much over the winter I don't think, so that could be the reason why it is so fatigued.

I'll have a go at him tomorrow for you CF ;)

Was always going to lose my match last night, so I played Seinfeld - 19yo and McEvoy - 16yo to get experience

In my t20 match yesterday
Result:   bundy bashers won by 163 runs
Toss:   W&HCC won the toss and elected to bowl.
Man of the match:   Shoaib Aktar (3 points), Alexander Fortuyn (2), Raivata Vijaya (1)

Playing against a side who previously has beaten me including earlier this season in t20, but due to heavy fatigue on his behalf i was expecting a rather easy and convincing win. Ended up scoring 207 runs off my 20 overs with a highlight being New recruit Alexander Fortuyn scoring 91 (41) N.O in his 2nd t20 innings for the club. One highlight of his innings was his partner ship with Gayle That is the 50 partnership (52 runs, 17b, 7x4, 2x6) SR:305.88 in which Gayle scored 2 runs off 2 balls with the rest coming from Fortuyn's willow.

Their innings got off to a bad start losing a wicket in the first over and were eventually all out.
End of over 15 (maiden) - W&HCC(44-10). 164 runs required from 5 overs. RR 2.93 RRR 32.80

Reardon has called tails and lost the toss. Kota ponders for a moment before deciding to bat first. Samantha XI will start their innings shortly.

The weather for the match is expected to be Windy and the groundsmen have prepared a Flat pitch. Conditions look ideal for the batsmen.

A crowd of 2,337 has arrived at Samantha XI CG today for the Youth match between Samantha XI and The Nailers.

Can 5th place (The Nailers) knock off the 1st place team (Samantha XI) today? The Nailers having not lost for a number of weeks have been playing strongly and have their fingers crossed that they can chase this one down.

Who cares ... it's youths  :P

I'm beginning to care...

The higher up the table I get the more I care because I have a better chance of promotion...

It has become interesting now because I'm competitive, but not to the point that I'd buy new players to bolster the side.

11.4   .   May to Fenton : [missed runout] Confusion! Fenton pulls it straight to square leg and sets off for a run, only to be sent back by Sreenivasan when he's half way down the track. A direct hit would have sent him packing, but Gostelow's throw was wide of the mark.

>:( >:( Could have them 3 down on a flat...

End of over 20 (6 runs) - Samantha XI(114-3) RR 5.70
B. Sonali 16 (21b) , E. Fenton 31 (31b) , K. Galloway 6-0-28-0

19.6   .   Galloway to Sonali : [dropped] Maxwell has dropped a dolly at cover! Even my mother would have caught that!

Costly drop before drinks...

If we got that run out before they'd be 5 down on a flat :(

cookie311993

I havent exactly cared about youths until just recently and has caused me to mix up my batting order and bowling lineup just that little bit to get the win. After achieving an unfortunate draw last week against top spot and knocking them down into 2nd I am now aiming to defeat 3rd position and go on a giant killing spree with promotion virtually out of reach

Nails

Similar to me Cookie, I just want to knock off the big guns.

Knocked off 2nd last week and plan on knocking off 1st place tonight...

End of over 31 (8 runs) - Samantha XI(192-5) RR 6.19
E. Fenton 74 (63b) , I. Montpellier 2 (2b) , D. Kermode 8-0-56-2

If we ran Fenton out when we had the chance we'd be looking a lottt better.

cookie311993

yeah nails i find it god crushing someones promotion aspirations as i know how it feels as it has happened to me a few times
