Said I wasn't bowling him.

He's a 32yo AR... (unless I typed something else by accident)

I wanted to see how bad my ratings would drop playing 6 batters and 5 bowlers as opposed to using Stone as my bowler.

Ah ok, sorry I misunderstood ;)

Overall: 156,348 172,259

Easy win for Sid, although my team collapsed towards the end after being 3/172, to be all out for 192 :(

Also, when counting catches, etc Sid passed 24 fielding tests, and failed 4. I failed my first 6 fielding tests, and finished 7 passed, 13 failed... :o Looking at the ratings, I wouldn't have thought there was that much discrepancy ::) I am confused by the ME sometimes.

Well done Sid though ;)

Man of the match: Krishnamurthy Rudraraju (3 points), Devon Woodcomb (2), Beau Baker (1)

Radraraju (Sid) - 2/46 and 2 catches
Woodcomb (Sid) - 57 (89) & 1 catch
Baker - 58 (76)

Playing against Indian Delight in a 50 over youth friendly match today. First time my whole youth team have played for 50 overs so will be interesting to see how fatigue affects the match in the latter stages.
I am bowling first on a flat wicket so naturally the other team is scoring quickly, managed to get 1 wicket so far though :)

End of over 11 (3 runs) - Indian Delight(76-1) RR 6.91
A. Ahmed 30 (24b) , K. Daley 25 (21b) , A. Beattie 1-0-3-0

Master Q

End of over 18 (3 runs) - SE Melbourne Thunder Dogs(68-1). 153 runs required from 32 overs. RR 3.78 RRR 4.78
A. Morrison 36 (54b) , B. Puja 16 (36b) , D. Hughston 4-0-17-0

Up against one of the U19 Kenyan Assistants - Steve97

No surprise Whitting got out early even though he has the Opener talent...

Worth?

Would make an alright bowling all rounder for me...
I wouldn't go for him nails, his fielding is way too low, as is his endurance.
Being 28 with only capable endurance he will die playing him as an all rounder and so you will have to rest him often ;)

End of over 25 (5 runs) - Indian Delight(170-1) RR 6.80
K. Daley 78 (76b) , A. Ahmed 70 (53b) , R. Maloney 3-0-15-0

This partnership has been going for 120 runs and counting :-\

Master Q

Very poor for a 28 year old Nails.

Nails

Yeah I thought the endo would be the killer...

Could I train his endo up fast enough at all?

DazBurg

   End of over 50 (25 runs) - DazBurg's Greatness(350-3) RR 7.00
T. Bryant 88 (50b) , L. Black 118 (109b) , A. Karunaratne 10-0-71-0
49.6   4   Karunaratne to Bryant : Short, wide and smashed to the boundary. Bryant can't resist a grin.
49.5   6   Karunaratne to Bryant : Too short and hooked away for six!
49.4   4   Karunaratne to Bryant : Wayward delivery from Karunaratne. Bryant opens the face of the bat and slots the ball nicely through gully. Poor bowling, great strokeplay. 4 runs.
49.3   6   Karunaratne to Bryant : Short ball by Karunaratne which gets hooked 10 rows back in the crowd!
49.2   3   Karunaratne to Black : Short, so short it sits up for Black, and he works it forcefully through mid wicket.
49.1   2   Karunaratne to Black : A bottom edge past Gecko brings Black a couple of runs.

love the way Bryant finished the innings for me against ML  8)
