Can someone explain to me why Pasuma gets wickets in matches whilst Maddox does not?

Hmmm.. yesterday Maddox bowled spells 3 on A and 8 on N and didn't get a wicket in his 8 overs 3 of those overs he bowled in tandem with Pasuma who in 3.5 overs in tandem took 2 wickets

Pasuma bowled spell 2 on D and spell 7 on N...

Maddox is rel Summary, Pasuma is cap summary (in rel form) I'm beginning to think I'd be better off selling Maddox, he can't get wickets for some reason and it gives me the irrits.

Cookie what do you think about my Pasuma/Maddox problem? Pasuma doesn't get too many games because of Maddox yet Pasuma always bowls better.
