At the lower league levels (4+) I think reasonable is more than enough while you are concentrating on getting your primaries sorted out.  I currently have all my players at out/out primaries so secondary training is my main focus for all players.

Alright I'll train these players on primaries:

unless there's something else I should train them on? The last link there (my keeper) - what should I train him on? Keeping? Keeper Bat? Fielding? ???

I doubt you will get out/out for that money.  He is okay player.  I would have a few bids for him.  Needs fielding and experience

Nails

Hmmm yeah... the question is... Do I abuse the current economy and try and sell him for a bucket load of $$$$ now...

And with the 155-180K I'd have to buy a player with could I get a better player than Maddox? I suppose I could sell Maddox and another Batsman for ~50K then buy an Out/Out batter...

That'd be nice. I could then have Out/Out bat no.3
Simon exp/exp 21yo come in at 4 (not too far away from out/out)

With Siddiq Acc/Rel (soon to be Acc/Acc) - with Opener talent opening the bat alongside Stone - exp summary 32yo batter w/ opener talent.

With this crazy economy do you guys think I could much for this guy?

http://www.fromthepavilion.org/player.htm?playerId=447710

He's a solid player but doesn't play as well as I like... I should have ~100K after my SOD.... therefore if I get ~80K or better for this guy I can have 155K to buy an out/out player (if that'd be enough)

He's not bad but the only downfall is his exp and secondries.

Good talents tho, would be interesting to see what he'd go for..

Nails

Yeah his primaries made me think he'd be a beast... when I've won every single SOD game this season and bowled nearly every side out (if not all of them)

The fact that he's 22.25 and has a SR of 33... isn't quite up to scratch IMO

Maybe I'm being harsh but he has only taken 4 wickets in 3 matches  :-\

nails overall you wanna get rid of A) players too old, B) players not getting a game or c) weakest players

Nails

Maddox is getting a game, but Pasuma isn't... though I wouldn't mind bowling Pasuma in his place...

probs play both i will have a look for you if you want

Nails

Have a look :) can't hurt... I now have 5 seamers... but I normally player 2 spinners (if not 3 on a spinner pitch where Stone can bowl)

CF hopefully your SA recruit from last week can get a bat this week
Well he is batting at 6 against a team that rates less than 25k so probably wont. I'm batting him low down the order at the moment because he only has dreadful endurance and I am playing him in a variety of SOD and T20 matches so don't want to tire him out. Just get experience in to him :)

They way I've found best to manage my team is to have an extra seamer, spin bowler/all rounder and 2 batsman. Works well for me with resting players and using in different game formats/pitch types without paying extra wages when they're hardly ever used

i will have a look for you now nails

Thanks Cookie :)

As you can see Fatigue is NOT A WORRY AT ALL with my side... As you can see all 14 of my Senior squad are rested fatigue...

I think it's the strong point of my side :)

cookie311993

looking at it atm and one thing is causing me a headache. you bought too many strike bowlers and not enough economy bowlers
