Nails you should put any of the guys who aren't up to a certain standard of fielding on fielding training no matter what their spare ratings are. Pretty sure HP must have his players at reliable fielding before he trains other things. For me I try and have them on capable. So maybe for you you should try and get them all to reasonable fielding for now?

I tend to go to capable by 21 then at least 1 more level before 24. :)

He might have even been reas/reas/reas/reas... I'm not 100% sure, I said ave because I though 4x reas sounded too good to be true...

but 30K rating for a 16yo YP... is too good to be true, especially your first YP ever...
