not exactly sure but it looks to be getting further and further away from players. Mine is excellent and i am due for a pop but it seems to be getting further and further away

I've got a player I'm training up who's exp/exp with 3.8K spare ratings and he's gifted in Technique, currently 21 so therefore I'm pretty confident he'll be Outs/Outs by the end of this year or at the worst this time next year... I could sell him for 250K  :o

If that is Simon he won't. Nails he only just popped to exp/exp ::)

He's the one doing all the damage too... 37 off 41  ::)

@Alex? What? I've had him since June 10th and he hasn't popped in batting or tech once... and he's Gifted Tech too...

OK I thought he was accom/accom as when you bought him you told us he was an accom batsman. Obviously you were talking about (::)) summaries.
On another note Russell is Outs/outs @ 21 w. gifted tech and better secondaries than Simon :ninja

depends on your youth academy level. Good or better. the 2nd one. If you wont be at good until next season the 1st one

Nails. I'm going all-out with my Acadamies. Both are on improving++ until they get to Satisfactory. Then i'll put my youths to steady but continue to improve my seniors at ++. But then again, i get more money than you do.

youths are only worthwhile if you have decent youths to start with Pb you need to get rid of players seriously and you will make more money

I have my youth match starting in 2 hours.  Playing 10 of my normal starting 11 but as i'm bringing Craig Dent back into Youth's from Seniors, he plays over Gary Cooke. Dent and Gun will bowl 1 spell each in tandem. Wicket doesn't support spin but i'm expecting at least 3 wickets between them.
