Very tight in my game! Can I win?

Justin Bieber

Tough position but very similar to mine CF!

No ball 6 :'(. Set me back a bit but still a very close match in comparison to a few others (so far) in the league.

Think you need some wickets quick HP if you have any chance of winning, as I could do with some wickets too...

End of over 23 (2 runs) - PE Warriors(100-2). 122 runs required from 27 overs. RR 4.35 RRR 4.52
J. Broadby 34 (51b) , N. Rowe 38 (63b) , A. Suriyaprakash 2-0-10-0

The lack of wickets will hurt you though HP unfortunately.

End of over 25 (6 runs) - Giant Killer(130-4). 58 runs required from 25 overs. RR 5.20 RRR 2.32

CF you can win

This is the slowest i have ever seen Lansdown bat :'(

27.2   W   Baird to Thumper : It was full and reversing in, with Thumper looking to play through the on side. He misses it completely and it strikes the pad low down in line with the stumps.

Scores are even at the half way mark although I have lost a few more wickets than Alex at the same time.

Comparison after 25 overs, I was 3 for 88, he is 2 for 115. Think I'm stuffed :(

8-6 Suited

28.1   .   Quinn to Sandip : [dropped]  Ablett has confused fielding with sports fishing, choosing to catch and release on this occasion.

End of over 28 (6 runs) - Giant Killer(141-5). 47 runs required from 22 overs. RR 5.04 RRR 2.14
D. Rademakers 23 (32b) , G. Sandip 0 (4b) , G. Ablett 9-1-38-1

flowering huge drop catch there. :(

Justin Bieber

Wicket taking is always a problem nowadays for me :-X. Doubt it very much I'll win as I'm just happy if I can nab 1-2 wins this season :P.

Not the greatest start off the drinks break.
End of over 26 (8 runs) - Springfield Isotopes(111-1). 71 runs required from 24 overs. RR 4.27 RRR 2.96
C. Carlson 27 (44b) , E. Hutcheson 44 (77b) , J. Flanagan 8-0-39-0

8-6 Suited

End of over 29 (1 run) - Giant Killer(142-7). 46 runs required from 21 overs. RR 4.90 RRR 2.19
L. Michieka 0 (1b) , D. Rademakers 24 (33b) , J. Quinn 5-0-23-3

Awesome over by Quinn. 2 Wickets and a dropped catch. THERE IS HOPE AFTER ALL!

8-6 Suited

29.1   .   Ablett to Rademakers : [dropped]  Edged and dropped! Nicked to Makin at first slip and it's gone straight through his hands and hit him in the jatz crackers! He's gone straight down and the physio runs onto the field with the magic spray, much to the bemusement of his team mates.

flower THAT IS A MASSIVE DROP. THAT CATCH WOULD HAVE ALMOST GIVEN ME THE WIN!

Wishing i set Lansdown to Neutral rather than defensive......

32.5   W   Bowden to Richards : Richards is gone, turns just a little bit after pitching on middle and leg and he's rooted in the crease. Height wasn't a problem and the umpire sends him on his way.
M. Richards lbw b. R. Bowden 13 (20b 0x4 1x6) SR:65.00

He hasn't performed as well as i hoped

34.1   W   Bowden to Lansdown : Lansdown danced down the pitch attempting to loft the ball back over Bowden's head! Luckily for Bowden, Lansdown has two left feet and Pictet whips the bails off with ease.
M. Lansdown st H. Pictet b. R. Bowden 43 (83b 3x4 1x6) SR:51.81

That is his slowest innings since he entered my team  :'(

34.5   W   Bowden to French : Well that delivery has simply blown French's house down like it was made of straw! Bowden is the big bad wolf who's made this little piggy go 'wee wee wee' all the way back to the pavilion. What big ears he has...
D. French b. R. Bowden 0 (4b 0x4 0x6) SR:0.00

worst effort from French since he entered my team :'(

36.3   W   Bowden to Barbour : Barbour done in by a full toss! He plays it early and lobs back the ball to Bowden who accepts it gleefully.
S. Barbour c & b. R. Bowden 1 (4b 0x4 0x6) SR:25.00

my team has fallen apart in the last 5 overs

38.1   W   Bowden to Bee : Caught! Bowden gets the breakthrough. He tosses one up outside off stump, Bee leans forward and plays a loose drive. The ball clips the outside edge and goes straight to Duddy at first slip who has no problems with the catch.
G. Bee c C. Duddy b. R. Bowden 4 (8b 0x4 0x6) SR:50.00

way to go team!

Opening stand of 150 runs

since that time 7/37

End of over 32 (5 runs) - Giant Killer(157-7). 31 runs required from 18 overs. RR 4.91 RRR 1.72
L. Michieka 0 (2b) , D. Rademakers 39 (50b) , S. Rogers 6-0-34-2

Yeah its game now.Rademakers has put on 14 runs since he was dropped, that hurts a lot.
