Why my ratings so low, i was rating 154k on the last SOD game last season, only difference is that ive got a accom/accom batsman instead of a spec/spec batsman ???

That will definitely make a difference - 3 levels difference in skills is quite significant. 

Also form has been reset to reasonable. This will make a big ratings difference as usually most players form is above reasonable.
