Haha! Never really been into farming although Currie and Morgan Jr. played when I was resting :P. Reasonable Experience at 20 ;D.

It would be AWESOME but a long term plan at that :-\. Means your seniors would suck for like 4-6 seasons :o.

Nice plan PB although as your academy isn't that good, could go for Ord/Ord players to save the cash for now. Ave/Ave players will usually go much higher that's why I usually avoid them.

Sure would be. Ill probably try it on a smaller scale. Try to get a squad of 16yr old Ord/Ord players at EOS.

I'm only going for players with special talents. Aiming for them to start when they are 17-18. Their wages aren't over $600 so i'm not spending money there either.

I got Ord/Ord players last season. Have quite a few 17 y.o's but need to unload 1 or 2 and bring in some 16 y.o's.

I'm just hoping I can get Smart in my Youths up to Acc/Rel by EOS next season (Currently 18 but recruited when he was 17 last season :'(). He's a wristy so likely will be another Youth kept for Senior action when the time comes 8). Have quite a few who could actually make the cut in my Youths right now but a few who will miss out because of spacing, not because of skills :'(.
