What should I train him on? Fielding is woeful but want him to be a bit better at batting...

I'm thinking I'll just play my own way of buying 7-8 quality 20 yos and pump enough money into my SA so it's improving++

I'll be in div5/6 leagues anyway so my team will take a couple seasons to be any good, but it'll be gun eventually...
