8-6 Suited

I already have first signed and sealed. It would allow me to sell off/fire my 19yos.

I'm going to feel sorry for you guys when this n00b comes up and dominates you all :O

Justin Bieber

Sorry about the challenge on Sunday Nails but already in a comp with a few other Fanfootiers :).

Rated 88k in Youths today with only 2 19 y.o's playing. Got the win and may only fall to 80k but start of next season with the transition I'm trying to pull off. Many 16 y.o's are currently in the side so have cover, just need to hope they can level up fast enough :P.

You have got to be kidding me. 67 run win but I was THIS CLOSE to 100k ratings  :( . Strydom and Hutton opened the batting and smashed the everloving shower out of the bowling. Strydom 118 Hutton 123.

I'm coming for you Nails :P.

FFS man, didn't you read my pm asking you to stop posting pictures of me on FF?  >:(

CrowsFan

You'll crack the 100k next week BP ;)
Your win has sown up third place for me in youths. Was hoping you would lose actually so I could take second :P

example:

I pick R&B
ML picks Hellopplz
I pick Nails
ML picks some random showercow.
That would be me!

My bowlers were pathetic >:(  I only took 6 wickets, whilst he managed 9.... He has started to sell his 19yo's

PowerBug

Am looking through my starting team to find the 19yo to remove in the off-season, and i don't have any, only 18yo. I'm not selling then. They wouldn't be worth it anyway.

Don't worry too much about your Youth's ATM anyway PB. Just concentrate on Seniors.

PowerBug

Doing that. Youth's are top anyway. 4 games clear.

#31649
End of over 10 (8 runs) - The Nailers(66-0) RR 6.60

Woke up to this :)

Slightly annoyed though... I wanted to bowl him out first.

That is 50 runs for Murugappa (50 runs, 39b 7x4 0x6) SR:128.21

Murugappa has scored me 76 not out, 41 and now he's on 54*

Simon has scored me 116, 80 not out and is on 37*

   That is 100 runs for Murugappa (103 runs, 76b, 13x4, 0x6) SR:135.53

24.6   W   N. Taylor to Simon : [Slower Ball] Oh dear - that's embarrassing... Very slow ball there by N. Taylor, and Simon gets down on one knee to smash it through cow corner. Simon is beaten by the lack of pace, and hit on the pads right in front.
R. Simon lbw b. N. Taylor 85 (70b 5x4 0x6) SR:121.43

F. Taylor to Watts : Short ball, and hooked straight down the throat of the man in the deep! Out!
G. Watts c G. Ramsay b. F. Taylor 7 (8b 0x4 0x6) SR:87.50

The batting is pretty damn ordinary from here on out...

6   D. Stevenson to Caban : Caban has hit that into the rafters. On leg stump and he picks it up and deposits it into row Z.

This guy is betting to be batting defensively... but he's 20 off 13 balls  ???

      That is 150 runs for Murugappa (155 runs, 113b 15x4 2x6) SR:137.17
35.6   6   Ramsay to Murugappa : Murugappa has hit that into the rafters. On leg stump and he picks it up and deposits it into row Z.

Way to bring up the 150 Muru :)

      That is 200 runs for Murugappa (203 runs, 142b, 19x4, 3x6) SR:142.96
46.1   6   Watt to Murugappa : Murugappa broke the glass in the greenhouse window many times as a child. That one nearly broke the window in the pavilion! That's a huge six.

Likes to bring up the big ones with the big sixes :o

Muru has had his chances though...

18.1   .   Ramsay to Murugappa : [missed stumping] Murugappa plays for the spin but the ball goes straight on. Unfortunately A. Stevenson was also playing for the spin and misses a simple stumping chance

48.2   .   Watt to Murugappa : [dropped] Murugappa hits it hard in the air towards point. F. Taylor gets a hand to it but can't quite hold on.   < towards the end of the innings though.

A not out innings would immensely help his average :)

48.6   3 W   Watt to Murugappa : [runout] Smart work from the fielder there and Murugappa is run out comfortably.
A. Murugappa run out (J. Gower) 215 (151b 19x4 3x6) SR:142.38

Great Innings Murugappa! Impressive! You showed the boys how it's done :D

ended up on 3/391...

1.3   W   Hewson to D. Stevenson : Big appeal! And it's given! Hewson hit 150 kph with that ball and that's the sort of bowling a captain wants. No need for much movement or guile, just pure pace and a rap on the pads.
D. Stevenson lbw b. R. Hewson 0 (5b 0x4 0x6) SR:0.00

150 kph :o off to a great start.

That is 5 wickets for Maddox!
34.2 W Maddox to Austen : Huge lbw appeal by Maddox... and up goes the finger! Austen is shaking his head in disagreement, but the umpire continues to give him the finger and insists he take a walk.
R. Austen lbw b. B. Maddox 75 (84b 8x4 0x6) SR:89.29

My stars are having a great game :) Got Asif Ud-Din and Maddow bowling now... Green humid so doesn't really suit Asif (rfs) but he's been economical and picked up a wicket :)

Maddox is impressive 8-2-14-5

Udin just had a catch dropped... and is 8-0-27-1 which on a green pitch I'm pretty happy with considering the dropped catch.
