roo boys!

Important game tonight. C'mon  boys :D

CrowsFan

I probably wouldn't even say 20k, but then again I don't really know how much players are really valued at.

On another note BP if you read this before our game tonight please throw the match and let me win. If you do then we will both promote as you will be able to beat the team currently in third place, whereas I will lose to them and also the team coming 4th...

I let you come second in the FF youth league and also paid for the comp to be run so effectively bought you some days of supporter so only fair you repay the favour  ;)

my batsmen were still in T20 mode :P

   Woolgoolga Sharks   PyroNerds XI
Batting - Top Order:   5,238   9,239
Batting - Middle Order:   4,009   6,764
Batting - Tail:   1,685   3,002
Bowling - Seam:   4,418 (4)   7,313 (6)
Bowling - Spin:   4,234 (6)   7,510 (4)
Fielding/Keeping:   3,787   6,842
Overall:   74,936   130,498

looking to be consistantly over 130k ratings within the next few weeks 8)

8-6 Suited

If I lose tonight, I will be pissed. Full strength squad against a bloke who rates about 160k. So I should be in excess of 190k on a crumbling pitch. Easily in excess as well. Highest rating match coming right up I believe.

On a side note, Got a mail for the Aussie U19 assistant Crowsfan and said Casper in being looking at for WC :D. A Tech pop will make him a better chance but that's a stretch considering he just popped start of this month :(.
Awesome HP, well done. A few more weeks on Tech training and surely he would pop... That would be 6 or 7 from the start of the month?
Popped May 2nd (looking at Pops and Plops thread :P) so another 6-7 weeks and I'd be happy! A tech pop would put him the in running for Game Time in the WC considering his secondaries are there 8).
A little update. Although Damage doesn't like Tech gaps, Casper may be included in the WC squad as he's predicted to pop before the Cup begins :D. FTP Crowsfan is liking him due to Secondaries being pretty Awesome :P.

Congrats HP!! :)

End of over 28 (7 runs) - Guardians of Ga'Hoole(158-2) RR 5.64
H. Samarasekera 33 (40b) , M. Sajjad 25 (37b) , K. Stam 9-0-52-0

Not looking like getting the upset, playing at home on a green, relgetion to div 5, here i come...

Justin Bieber

Thanks ZZ. Could restrict them to 300 which is reachable with some luck!

I'd be lucky to crack 200 at my rate on a Dry.

End of over 41 (7 runs) - Feeling Sheepish(154-6) RR 3.76
P. Jackson 5 (9b) , G. Vint 7 (15b) , A. Vincent 6-1-14-1

Getting ripped to shreds.
Woodcombe failed, completely, as did his opening partner, Souza. both out for ducks, and only faced 3 balls between them.
Shagmeister and Currie attempted to salvage the innings but they are just too good, Willow fell for 51, and Drew for 43. Next score after that is 15.

Only good news here is that Willow is maintaing his average well, bowlers pitches Vs. stronger opponents the last 2 nights and he has managed 50 & 51. I just love him so much, such a man crush. :-*

roo boys!

41.5   W   Fleming to Ali : Caught ball-watching, slow to respond to his partner's call, run out by a metre. Dreadful running by Ali.
R. Ali run out (F. Arrindell) 96 (128b 8x4 2x6) SR:75.00

So close to a ton!

End of over 42 (8 runs) - Roo Boys!(213-2) RR 5.07
R. Furlonge 87 (101b) , J. Harrison 1 (1b) , N. Fleming 6-0-34-0

On a green pitch, this has been a great performance from Furlonge and Ali!

Alex7089

End of over 46 (7 runs) - Feeling Sheepish(180-7) RR 3.91
S. Junior 18 (20b) , G. Vint 13 (25b) , H. van Leeuwen 8-0-36-1

Junior has always had a knack of coming in for a quick 20-30. 18 off 20 at this stage=handy. Could be the difference between a 10 wicket loss and a 9 wicket loss :P

MajorLazer

John Howard's Coathangers won by 10 wickets

   Deccan Chargers    John Howard's Coathangers
Batting - Top Order:    5,165    10,317
Batting - Middle Order:    3,608    7,416
Batting - Tail:    1,987    4,098
Bowling - Seam:    4,498 (6)    9,515 (8)
Bowling - Spin:    5,635 (4)    9,992 (2)
Fielding/Keeping:    4,468    10,441
Overall:    79,219    162,599

Very happy with my ratings. :)

Alex7089

End of over 21 (2 runs) - Angelic Upstarts(77-3). 119 runs required from 29 overs. RR 3.67 RRR 4.10
M. Horn 8 (17b) , C. Shirishkumar 1 (6b) , A. Sodumo 6-0-28-1

Am I any chance?

roo boys!

Pitch?

They were building quite the partnership until Chiba and Stevenson get wickets in successive overs to get me back in control.

End of over 26 (1 run) - West Coast Raiders(101-4). 192 runs required from 24 overs. RR 3.88 RRR 8.00
E. Fiebig 0 (2b) , D. Powlett 40 (70b) , T. Stevenson 8-0-38-1

Alex7089

Slow/Humid.
Sodumo not going very well -_-

End of over 29 (6 runs) - Angelic Upstarts(114-4). 82 runs required from 21 overs. RR 3.93 RRR 3.90
J. Cummins 8 (10b) , C. Shirishkumar 17 (28b) , A. Sodumo 10-0-53-2

If it weren't for those 2 wickets I'd have his head.

CrowsFan

So unfortunately BP didn't throw the match for me :(

Currently in an impossible run chase:
End of over 37 (9 runs) - The Matchbox Matadors(113-8). 120 runs required from 13 overs. RR 3.05 RRR 9.23
W. Orange 7 (19b) , E. Ridge 3 (3b) , F. Mabothe 9-1-25-5

Only shining light as usual was Suri who took 6 for 45 from 9.5 overs. Will probably be beaten to MOTM by Mabothe though who just took his 5th wicket...
