Just by rating yes. I was being a smartarse. I know he's not the actual best player but if you sort by ratings he's #1. By about 24  :P And his wage is only 13k

I need to beat Guardians of Ga'Hoole or PE Warriors to stay up in div 4 Scotland, both outrate me :-\ playing PE warriors friday coming, so ill need some good tactics/pitch types to get up and win, things arent looking good for me :(
