Well my 18 y.o keeper has capable keeping and reasonable fielding, but that is probably a bit excessive ;)

yehh my 17yo has ord/ave/cap bat/tech/keep but dreadful fielding so i know ive gotta get that, up but im wondering what i should aim for

Even though I didn't set orders my game went OK. Won by 225 on a dry, Chapman got 150, Shagmeister got 80 and Jackson took 6/21

Maybe just get it up to ord/avg for now?
I am going to train my keeper in batting/batting technique for rest of the season then will re-evaluate what to do when he turns 19

Just looked at him and you really need to work on his endurance! Keepers need higher endurance than others cos they keep and bat and he only has dreadful

yeh hes got a lot of work to be done, fitness training first ? or fielding ?

I would go fielding first then fitness.
Fielding trains quicker younger, whereas fitness is the same no matter what age ;)

then after all that i got  to train power... :P ill train that when hes abit older though and if he looks like making seniors :)

HP probably the second best in terms of orders...With Shaggy being the only ahead of him. I think Boomz just got a job as an AssMan and there may be a couple of others as well. So they will son be up there as well :)
