If I get the 2 players I want off the TM and get rid of my 4 x 20 yo, 1 RF and the 2 players I am upgrading then my wage bill should go down by about $5k.

Leaving me with 15 senior players and 12 x youths.

Yeah I am still going to buy 1 or 2 with pretty high wages but then can sell off about 4.

I am very cautious about my player wages.  I still have all players of at least exp/exp (whether they be bowlers or batsman) and prob half my team is at least outs/outs.

Will go down by 10k if/when Yavar and Shareef sell though.
Considering the team I have ATM should rate 170k pretty easily in league, I'm happy with this.
Sponsorship pretty much cancels it out anyway. Will turn a profit easily with these wages.

I find it funny how much more batters sell for compared to Bowlers when its meant to be a bowlers game.

I'm really not sure R&B...I am very aware of wages though, I work out what my wages will be if I buy player x.
That and exp are the first 2 things I look at before considering a player :P
