Result: Bazinga won by 6 wickets
Toss: Bazinga won the toss and elected to bowl.
Man of the match: Luke Escriva (3 points), Andrew Thomas (2), Monty Oxymoron (1)

I played around with my tactics, and I got the desired result. As I knew I was playing on a crumbling pitch, I decided to put  all my bowlers on defensive. This worked as I restricted them to 112.
I also swapped my batting order around, putting my weaker batsmen at the top, but setting them on aggressive. I put my best batsmen at 5,6 & 7 and set them on normal orders. After being 4/51 in the 12th over, my batsmen managed to chase down the runs without losing another wicket and with 9 balls to spare.

Bring on season 13  ;D

Fletch74

Well done ML on your win tonight. Hope that you can get promoted next season ;)

I played Korza tonight, and lost by 15 runs, despite outrating him by 17k :(

Plus I had Rowley as MOTM... Very disappointing result! Not happy with my bowlers on an Uneven pitch. I outrated him in all areas except the tail.

Still finished second in T20, but only on NRR :)

8-6 Suited

My game was rather easy given it was against a bot. Played one of my youths who will be 20 next season at 3 and he stared while rested a couple of others.

Posted a big total with Michieka and Stephens both getting tons.

End of over 20 (17 runs) - Tickle My Timber(248-1) RR 12.40
D. Michieka 104 (46b), T. Stephens 113 (58b) , R. Millington 4-0-62-0

Then bowling, too easy really. Paritosh killed it picking up 5 wickets.

That is 5 wickets for Paritosh!

That is the 100 partnership (100 runs, 38b, 16x4, 0x6) SR:263.16

Both of those are massive. Mushy and Campbell killed it. Mushy mwent out on 111 though but Campbell went unbeaten.

End of over 20 (15 runs) - Frankston XI(299-1) RR 14.95
S. Parsonage 22 (8b), D. Campbell 166 (65b) , R. Crane 4-0-66-0

BratPack

Tonight is a night for sadness and a look to the future as Tommy Swift and Thomas Chancellor play their last games for The Brat Pack (Neither's really good enough to go to seniors) and 16 year Cooper LaBelle makes his debut

24.6   .   Roper to Dunn : Dunn flails outside off. Huge, enthusiastic shout from Campbell until he realises that no-one else is appealing, at which point he trails off and pretends it never happened.

24.5   .   Roper to Dunn : Bit of banter down there between Crane and Dunn. Seems fairly well spirited, and both laughed it off. Pity the stump mic didn't pick that up.

24.4   W   Roper to Gilchrist : On the back foot, Gilchrist pokes at the ball outside off stump. Out, and I doubt we'll see a worse shot than that today.
J. Gilchrist c L. Campbell b. N. Roper 0 (2b 0x4 0x6) SR:0.00

24.3   .   Roper to Gilchrist : Full and on the stumps. The bat gets behind the ball to block it away.

24.2   W   Roper to McAllister : Caught behind! That one is dug in short outside off, but doesn't climb as much as expected. McAllister not only shapes to duck but also takes his eyes off the ball. Huge mistake. The ball clips the glove en route through to Campbell.
R. McAllister c L. Campbell b. N. Roper 21 (52b 1x4 0x6) SR:40.38

24.1   .   Roper to McAllister : Roper put in a bit of an effort ball there, catching McAllister by surprise. It hit the glove and flew into the air. Unfortunately there were no fielders around the bat, and a chance goes begging.

:)

Well I lost my game to the 1st place and have ended up finishing 3rd in my T20 league.  I will most likely finish 3rd in all of my leagues.

I should be a shoe in for promotion in all 3 leagues next season.

CrowsFan

Looks like the first bad game Moritz has had since he joined you Cic. If he gets another chance at the batsmen I'm sure he will get a few wickets  ;)
