12.4   W   Davison to Campbell : A misjudgment of Gattingesque proportions from Campbell. On a length, the ball jagged back. He had already decided to shoulder arms and the ball smacked into his back leg. It looked out before the appeal had even reached the 'zat' stage and the umpire agreed.
L. Campbell lbw b. S. Davison 15 (38b 1x4 0x6) SR:39.47

he was scoring too slowly anyway

Wood to Borwick : [dropped] Borwick drives in the air, straight at cover point. Donfeld gets both hands to it but the ball doesn't stick, he has a second attempt at grabbing it before it hits the deck but fails miserably. He can't look Wood in the eye.

Now he needs to get his skates on

30th over update on the 2 matches I am following.

Roo Boys! vs Tickle My Timber

Lost Ingall and Hogan before the Drinks break, need a solid performance from both Stephens and Miller to score a big enough total to defend. At this stage, its way too low.

End of over 30 (7 runs) - Tickle My Timber(112-3) RR 3.73
T. Stephens 18 (32b) , C. Miller 13 (19b) , T. Stevenson 10-0-59-2

Golden C vs Frankston XI (Barlow 21 vs GoSaints)

Barlow is in massive trouble. It's extremely hard to see Frankston losing from this position, however it is always a possibility. Very impressive bowling has made the stellar opening batsman Ramsamooj's 50 runs look like nothing.

End of over 30 (11 runs) - Golden C(124-7) RR 4.13
K. Armstrong 10 (4b) , S. Ramsamooj 50 (94b) , P. Sayers 10-0-42-2

27.3   W   Mathers to O'Hanlon : Donfeld and Mathers are vigorously appealing for a bat pad catch. The finger goes up, and O'Hanlon is walking.
R. O'Hanlon c R. Donfeld b. J. Mathers 25 (23b 1x4 1x6) SR:108.70

Come on Borwick do it man lead us to victory!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wood to Borwick : Gone! Clean bowled. Full toss from Wood and Borwick had no idea how to play that.
H. Borwick b. V. Wood 29 (49b 2x4 0x6) SR:59.18

Game is gone now

CrowsFan

I think you are gone now Cic since Borwick just got out...

Briody will run out of partners and if i lose i will blame campbell

CrowsFan

Why will you blame campbell?

Fletch74

I'm playing a friendly at 9 tonight, but I have a player on the TM who will sell during the match.

What would happen if I had him line up in my side...?

I sort of want him to play as I haven't found a replacement for him yet. He also doesn't have a bid on him yet, as he is listed for $50k, so he might not sell either.

CrowsFan

He will play the whole match fletch even if he is sold

Fletch74

Are you sure? Is that the case in a league match as well?

CrowsFan

Very sure.
They can't take away a player who is in the middle of a match so they let the match finish before the player goes to the other club

Excellent, well I hope he sells :D He is a 22 yo exp/acc batsmen with avg experience. I'm trying to get at least an outstanding summary batsmen to replace him.

End of over 46 (1 run) - Tickle My Timber(179-10) RR 3.89
J. Johnstone 28 (37b) , R. Naved 8-0-23-2

So R&B is chasing a relatively low 180 runs for victory. Disappointed by that score really. :(

End of over 7 (9 runs) - Frankston XI(32-1). 104 runs required from 43 overs. RR 4.57 RRR 2.42
D. Campbell 6 (1b) , S. Mushangazike 16 (24b) , K. Armstrong 4-0-15-1

I think its safe to say that the GS streak continues. It's not a big total and he should be able to chase that successfully.

Fletch74

Shaggy, Daz beat him recently remember :)
