3.2   W   Ali to Altens : Gone! Altens falls to a pull shot. It was short, on middle stump and Altens pulls it weakly to square leg where Hafeez takes the catch.
W. Altens c F. Hafeez b. R. Ali 3 (8b 0x4 0x6) SR:37.50

End of over 4 (4 runs) - Mystery Alaska(11-3) RR 2.75
A. Clark 4 (9b) , N. Gatenby 3 (3b) , R. Ali 2-0-6-2

Expensive over, but OK for a flat.
4.2   4   Chiba to Gatenby : Superbly timed by Gatenby and the ball races away to the boundary.

Well...that sucks.

End of over 5 (12 runs) - Mystery Alaska(23-3) RR 4.60
N. Gatenby 14 (8b) , A. Clark 5 (10b) , S. Chiba 1-0-12-0

Chiba you dud -.-

Teakles first ball ever for my club got misfielded ::)
5.1   4   Teakles to Clark : [misfield] Oh dear... that's gone straight through Makinson's legs and out to the boundary. The crowd will be on his back all day now

End of over 6 (4 runs) - Mystery Alaska(27-3) RR 4.50
A. Clark 9 (16b) , N. Gatenby 14 (8b) , A. Teakles 1-0-4-0

Would have been a maiden bar the misfield so I'm happy.

MajorLazer

8-6 Suited

6.4   W   Asghar to Ingall : It was full and reversing in, with Ingall looking to play through the on side. He misses it completely and it strikes the pad low down in line with the stumps.
H. Ingall lbw b. L. Asghar 20 (14b 3x4 0x6) SR:142.86

Quick 20, needed it.

   End of over 9 (13 runs) - Tickle My Timber(72-2) RR 8.00
J. Hogan 4 (7b) , C. Miller 43 (27b) , G. Pickett 1-0-13-0

9.1   W   Gore to Miller : [catch] Short of a good length delivery on the stumps, Miller makes room and takes a swing. The ball clips the top edge and balloons up to mid-on.
C. Miller c S. Roberts b. P. Gore 43 (28b 4x4 1x6) SR:153.57

11.4   4   O'Brien to Gartrell : Slightly short ball there from O'Brien and Gartrell, with a lover's gentle touch, has delicately caressed it out to deep cover point, where it eludes Gorman's desperate embrace and gently kisses the boundary rope. And to think, Mills and Boon keep rejecting my manuscripts.
11.3   4   O'Brien to Gartrell : Four runs to the vacant fine leg boundary.

YOU ABSOLUTE USELESS FLOWERING SON OF A FLOWERING GOAT!

roo boys!

11.6   W   Stevenson to Gatenby : Inspired! Genius from Teakles who somehow throws the ball at the wicket while tumbling after collecting a drive from Gatenby at mid-on. Not only did he manage to throw the ball, but he ran out Gatenby brilliantly by about a yard.
N. Gatenby run out (A. Teakles) 20 (27b 1x4 0x6) SR:74.07

Teakles, good work.
12.2   W   van den Hof to Verco : Great delivery from van den Hof and Verco was clueless. Spun, took the edge, then the pad, and straight to Ali under the helmet! Not much Verco could do really.
L. Verco c R. Ali b. J. van den Hof 4 (10b 0x4 0x6) SR:40.00

Collapse time?
