I am playing a weakened side tonight Hay & Linton opening so far 10 off 3 balls for Hay. Hoping for a huge total.

8-6 Suited

Call me Shaggy mate.

High wages and I spent all my cushion money on a buy right before the end. I'll get back out of it then go back into it... Until I save the money back up.

On another note, T. Austin is tired. On exhausted fatigue. o>O! All his guns are like passable. Except his bowlers are all rested.

3.1   4   Qasim to Yeates : [misfield] Ali failed to get down in time and the ball races away towards the sightscreen.

3.4   4   Qasim to Yeates : [misfield] McLaughlin makes a meal of it and four runs the result.

Sloppy -.-

P. Grazette 18 (10b) , N. Austin 14 (14b) , P. Kortlang 2-0-25-0

M. Yeates 23 (20b) , S. Hosie 13 (10b) , J. van den Hof 1-0-12-0

WTF WAS THAT HOF?! >:(

roo boys!

5.5   W   Chiba to Yeates : [catch] Chiba strikes! It was outside the off stump, Yeates a bit lazy with the drive through the off side, gets the edge through to Cullen behind the wicket, who takes the catch at a comfortable height.
M. Yeates c A. Cullen b. S. Chiba 23 (21b 2x4 0x6) SR:109.52

Chiba you little legend.

roo boys!

    End of over 6 (1 run) - Highveld Lions(37-1) RR 6.17
S. Clarke 0 (1b) , S. Hosie 14 (14b) , S. Chiba 1-0-1-1

8-6 Suited

4.4   W   Williams to Grazette : Tossed up on the middle and off stump line, the ball grips the surface and turns back in. Grazette realises too late and although it strikes high on the pad, the umpire has no hesitation in raising his finger.
P. Grazette lbw b. C. Williams 20 (13b 2x4 1x6) SR:153.85

Williams, my exceptional expensive ass spinner picks up his first wicket for the Mighty Timbers!

5.4   W   Hart to T. Austin : A wild slog induces a top edge that swirls in the air before being pouched by Morrison
T. Austin c H. Morrison b. G. Hart 1 (3b 0x4 0x6) SR:33.33

Hart, not to be out-done kicks back with one of his own.

   End of over 7 (1 run) - ham-beef-cheese(49-2) RR 7.00
C. De Valera 0 (5b) , N. Austin 23 (21b) , C. Williams 2-0-8-1

great work Boomz  :)

you must be as calm as your avatar is  ;D

8-6 Suited

9.1   W   Lidgerwood to N. Austin : Good length delivery pitched on the off stump and going straight on. N. Austin looks to work through the on side, misses the line and it strikes him on the pad in line with the stumps.
N. Austin lbw b. P. Lidgerwood 30 (29b 2x4 0x6) SR:103.45

Lidgerwoooooooood! Not to get shown up by the other 2 spinners, he strikes.

10.6   W   Paritosh to Brentner : [catch] Oh dear, Brentner has chipped this one straight down the throat of mid off. Soft dismissal.
R. Brentner c J. Hogan b. D. Paritosh 2 (5b 0x4 0x6) SR:40.00

Paritosh decided to show everyone even old people can get a wicket. :D

   End of over 11 (3 runs) - ham-beef-cheese(76-4) RR 6.91
B. Swagat 0 (0b) , C. De Valera 15 (16b) , D. Paritosh 4-0-22-1

roo boys!

7.1   1 W   Chiba to Clarke : Played past point and the batsmen decide to take on the fielder. Sadly they are both watching the ball and collide. A wild throw comes in and is taken by Cullen mid-pitch, who has the presence of mind to select the correct end and throw down the stumps.
S. Clarke run out (A. Cullen) 4 (3b 0x4 0x6) SR:133.33
8.2   1 W   Geary to Burt : [runout] Ooh, a close call for the run out and some great work from Jaseam. The ball was down leg and turned round to fine leg where Jaseam flung it back in and Cullen whipped the bails off. Despite a huge dive, Burt was out by millimetres, but it took several camera replays to confirm this.
B. Burt run out (K. Jaseam) 6 (6b 1x4 0x6) SR:100.00
9.6   W   Qasim to Sajjad : [catch] Short and wide outside the off stump, Sajjad shuffles across and flashes hard at it. The ball clips the edge and goes straight to Cullen behind the stumps.
M. Sajjad c A. Cullen b. A. Qasim 1 (5b 0x4 0x6) SR:20.00

    End of over 11 (2 runs) - Highveld Lions(68-4) RR 6.18
S. Hosie 28 (29b) , T. MacLeod 1 (3b) , D. Geary 2-0-3-0

van den Hof's two overs went for 26, an Outs/Outs fs set on D ::) He is getting sold for Bowen.

First ball back into the attack:
12.1   4   van den Hof to Hosie : A wonderful back foot punch through the covers, supreme timing on that and the ball races to the boundary.

It's just not his day :'(
12.3   W   van den Hof to MacLeod : It was a hopeless long-hop until MacLeod pulled it straight to Jaseam at square leg - what a mess!
T. MacLeod c K. Jaseam b. J. van den Hof 5 (9b 0x4 0x6) SR:55.56

Maybe it is ;) Prove me wrong Hof. You will need at least 4 wickets to make up for your miserable figures.

End of over 13 (5 runs) - Highveld Lions(79-5) RR 6.08
E. Browne 0 (3b) , S. Hosie 34 (32b) , J. van den Hof 3-0-27-1

That is a lot better, 5 runs coming of the first two balls then a wicket and 3 dots. Keep it up.
