Starting a new, I would be more worried about getting a a side together than academies.

Then sack the majority of your seniors that you start with, as you get someone to replace them, fire the old ones.

Then worry about academies. You have a week until the next updates for the finacial side anyway.

Yeah thats right. Start with the worst stats-wise then work your way through them. The side you get allocated is full of useless players so you want to replace them with those who can play> The cheaper you get them, the better for you.


Investing wise as a new player, I would e aiming for about 15k in seniors and 5k in youth. Reason for that is your youth team wont be fantastic yet but youth pulls will give you options later in the season.
