how long does it take to be assigned a team?

Typically about a day, sometimes 2.

Most of us don't but HP and a few others do... Most focus on seniors.

Seniors are most important to most of us. I focus on my youths, a bit, but seniors come first.

I prefer to focus on my seniors as that is basically where most of our cashflow will come from ultimately.

i know i will have a lineup and how do i train them?

who do i buy, young uns or established players?

There are different strategies that you can take, but I try and go for young guys. Remember that FTP is a bowler's game, so buy better bowlers as they are essential.

There are weekly trainings on Monday for youths and Thursday for seniors.

Play in Scotland as well. It's good there. ;D

so buy young gun bowlers.

do i buy a few guns or lots of pretty good players?

Depends on how much money you start with. I would start by trying to spend no more than 20-25k on a single player. Also don't look at a player's ratings, look at their stats.

Don't worry about what country. Being in Australia will mean all of your games will be at 11:00 AM Melbourne time.

The main stats/skills are batting, bowling, technique and maybe keeping and fielding.

No problem Junk. During the day you should get a lot more help. Not many on at this time.
