I have 44k free which is lucky since I'm still in the Pav Cup. Usually 20k for me :P.

I'd say keep Seniors on improving right now. Look at the weekly averages and just put a few hundreds over the amount needed for the next level (or whatever gets you to improving) :). Many don't invest in youths and you don't get alot of money return from them. If you don't get guns, don't bother right now with them :).

I Don't think you need 14 for each squad. I have about 15-20 in each normally. But I get by with the wages. Might have to sell a few off soon so I'll let you know if I do decide to :).
