Not quite sure what to train him in now ??? Batting ? Keeper-Batsman ?  Strength ? Fielding ?

Agree with the others, Train Strength as it trains the fastest. Keeping won't be that bad a bit later on or even Fielding (Not fast though).

I have 17 players in my squad and im thinking i could probs make a bit of cash so i was thinking of selling a batsman, just not quite sure who ???

The first guy is probably better as he has Power. Fire the 24 y.o as you can get 20 y.o's for 1k who are at least Rel/Rel at a minimum (Maybe Acc/Acc if you're lucky for not much more) :).

If it was me, I'd fire/sell both and buy 2 young bats who are better batters and can be future stars for you :D.
