I won my last SOD match of the season by 347 runs today.
With sunny weather and a flat pitch captain Khan decided to bat first.
Nobody managed to bring up triple figures but 99 from Sayers and 95 from Antoine had Alex looking good. Captain Khan chipped in with the batting notching up a valuable 50, and new recruit Gramapala Phalgun smashed 38 off 19 deliveries. After setting a very nice total of 440, al FSCC had to do was bowl decently and they would claim victory.
New recruit Abongile Sodumo burst on to the scene, claiming 5/10, dismissing both openers and 2nd drop. Earning himself MOTM. G.Phalgun also impressed on debut for FSCC, taking 3/9 on his way to 2 votes. FSCC had a huge jump in rankings, with seam bowling, spin bowling and batting - top order all cracking the 8k mark on the way to overall match ratings of 136,917
