Latest commentary from my game:

Staunton to Ives : Solid defense by Ives! Meanwhile, in the Corporate Box a man dressed in red is enjoying a nice sandwich when another man, this time dressed in green, enters and a brown paper bag is exchanged...

TheWookie

Almost went through my innings without losing a wicket, but Doyle got out on the second last ball :( (technically last since the next ball was a no ball to win)

i got 4 wickets at the 40th over mark but they still got 60 runs in the last 10 to screw my chances of winning, i need a big partnership now. 25th over 144 - 3 still need 163 to win

D. Blackwell 10 (10b) , C. Ives 39 (37b) , L. Ayres 3-0-25-0

The drinks cart is now making its way onto the field

C. Ives, T. Zschorn, A. Bayly are no longer tired

Time for Ives to explode

And he's not a bot :o :o.

As you can guess, won quite easily. A very solid 473 run victory after a target of 518 was set. Led by a 193 from Habib and a 204 from Allen 8).

Bowling again, was top notch ;). Flanagan grabs 2 wickets in the first over and finishs with 3. Nawab grabs 2 wickets but is the most costly bowler in my team conceeding 21 runs from 5 overs :P. De Smeth picks up 2/2 and Goss finishes off with the last wicket.

Your still in a good position Cicjose. Batters start scoring more runs later in the innings. As long as you keep the wickets, you should win.

TheWookie

you can make it cj be a good close game though

Never. Carroll is my all-rounder.  Reli/Reli batting/bowling and expert tech.  G McKenzie is a player I will be most likely be moving on if I get a better batsman at the end of the season.  He is 28 and is only accom/accom with expert endurance.  I have 2 opening batsmen with the opener talent

Findlay accom/accom (20 years old) HS: 205 (avg: 90.08)
Bowstreet exper/expert (28 years old) HS: 188 (avg: 48.17)

I just noticed that cjc is in Daz's T20 league. Pity they don't play each other in the last two weeks  :P

need to look at getting a good young spinner tho

W. Daniels (rws)   10   0   64   3   6.40

27.1  Staunton to Blackwell : [misfield] Wonderful dive by Cook. Pity he dived right over the ball.  ;D

27.4 Staunton to Blackwell : [misfield] Decent shot by Blackwell, but made to look fantastic by some poor fielding on the boundary by Zschorn who has given away a four! Staunton looks annoyed and so he should. 2 runs given away there.

Plenty of highlights here:

29.2   Staunton to Ives : That was one of the best catches you will ever see. He didn't even spill a drop of his beer, six runs!
