Master Q

Your all out.

43.6   W   Menza to Phillips : [Slower Ball] Phillips doesn't read that delivery. He plays too early and it ends up in the hands of Lansing at mid-on.
W. Phillips c G. Lansing b. G. Menza 0 (4b 0x4 0x6) SR:0.00

HillHero13

if you mean my team as in Lawson Frost and Christenson then yeah ;D

naa they were big parts in my innings..

does that normally happen to your openers??

BratPack

47.6 4 Watt to Gorman : Lovely offâ€"drive from Gorman, no need to run for that one. 4 runs.

End of over 48 (12 runs) - The Brat Pack(299-6) RR 6.23
S. Gorman 73 (62b) , U. Sherlock 29 (26b) , J. Watt 9-0-53-0

See NOW you're catching on Ulric  ;D

49.1 4 Watt to Gorman : Ah, short and wide, Gorman has all the time in the world to rock back and carve it behind point.

49.4 4 Watt to Gorman : Wow! Gorman picked the line early and just slogged that back past Watt.

49.5 4 Watt to Gorman : Beautiful technique there as Gorman just strokes it through the off side for 4.

49.6 4 Watt to Gorman : [misfield] Short ball from Watt, Gorman rocks back and hooks it high off the top edge right over the keeper's head. McDowall chases it back to the rope, but it bounced just away from him and he knocks it over the rope for four! Funny stuff. Laughs all round except for Watt who just shakes his head in disbelief.

Took till the last over but Gorman finally goes nuclear  ;D

End of over 50 (18 runs) - The Brat Pack(325-6) RR 6.50
S. Gorman 95 (70b) , U. Sherlock 33 (30b) , J. Watt 10-0-71-0

Flat Pitch, that's barely a par score but considering we were 6/243 with just Gorman and the tail a good showing. Now can my second string bowling attack defend it?

HillHero13

Barry to Butcher : Fuller length delivery outside the off stump. Butcher drives away from his body with no real foot-work. It looked like the bat hit the ground - hard to say if there was an edge involved.
R. Butcher c D. Lawson b. J. Barry 5 (11b 1x4 0x6) SR:45.45

First blood.. Barry my second highest rated bowler..

Khatib to Puja : Just short of a length and on the off, leaving the batsman, Puja pokes at it and edges straight to second slip
B. Puja c S. Chatto b. J. Khatib 2 (4b 0x4 0x6) SR:50.00

Bam! 4 balls later.. Khatib strikes this time

Master Q

Hilly I still have good batsmen to come  ::)

I'm getting smashed. Nuff said.
Your batsman crumbled really letting the team down. Didn't score enough. Then Habib and McFarlane went on a roll.

Out rated, out classed... And lost in 14.3 overs.

Although nearly 3k of those ratings are from Fielding though. :P So not tooooo badly outrated. :P
Not to bad considering Shaggy ;)

HP's fielding is just :o
Mine is only just over 7k although that is in league games not friendly.
Thanks Alex ;). Next season they'll all go up to Capable at least 8). Now most are just Reasonable. Middle order batting I need to work on :-\. Probably buy some guys sometime next season.

Good game Shaggy :).

2.2 W McGregor to McDowall : McGregor musters up all the effort he can and fires in a toe crusher. McDowall obliges by getting himself in line with the stumps and the umpire raises his finger.
P. McDowall lbw b. G. McGregor 1 (5b 0x4 0x6) SR:20.00

Well that's a good start  ;D

4.6 W McGregor to Scott : The straight yorker did the job and the timber goes flying.
M. Scott b. G. McGregor 4 (10b 0x4 0x6) SR:40.00

Loving your work Gordo. Coming in fresh to rip the top order down

End of over 5 (5 runs) - chrisuzz(14-2). 312 runs required from 45 overs. RR 2.80 RRR 6.93
P. Arnold 0 (0b) , J. De Rooy 8 (15b) , G. McGregor 3-0-10-2

Ahh now to see if if uzz's gun pull is all hype and no substance

Master Q

Hilly, I'm liking my chances at the moment. As long as I don't lose another Wicket for about 10 overs  :-\

Master Q

 :-X

16.1   W   Khatib to Menza : [catch] Menza switches stance for the reverse sweep paddle. Top edge, Phillips is going to take this comfortably at point. Oooh, slight fumble! Second grab and it's safely in the hands. Khatib has a nervous laugh but is happy to see the back of Menza.
G. Menza c W. Phillips b. J. Khatib 12 (22b 1x4 0x6) SR:54.55

HillHero13

hmm...

i need a change o bowlers..

HillHero13

Barry to Cox : Cox goes big but doesn't quite get onto it as he'd like. Voros makes up some great ground and launches himself towards the ball. Superb catch! At full stretch too! Cox is seen muttering angrily to himself on the way back to the pavilion, I hope they have insurance and a good window fitter.
D. Cox c W. Voros b. J. Barry 3 (4b 0x4 0x6) SR:75.00

Another one!

BratPack

12.4 W Joubert to De Rooy : [catch] Wider ball that no one expected to be hit, but a rash swing from De Rooy draws the thick edge to Gorman at gully.
J. De Rooy c S. Gorman b. P. Joubert 22 (37b 2x4 0x6) SR:59.46

Just when the partnership was beginning to look dangerous Joubert comes through  ;D

"The Weapon" is currently 13 off 24....and beginning to bug me

End of over 13 (4 runs) - chrisuzz(48-3). 278 runs required from 37 overs. RR 3.69 RRR 7.51
A. Murphy 2 (3b) , P. Arnold 13 (24b) , P. Joubert 2-0-11-1

BratPack

13.3 4 Sherlock to Arnold : Short, wide, dispatched with an air of contempt by Arnold.

REALLY BEGINNING TO BUG....

13.4 W Sherlock to Arnold : [stumped] Sharp wicketkeeping there! Sherlock turned the ball a mile after drawing Arnold out of his crease. Cain flung his arm out and after taking the ball switched hands and flicked off the bails while still diving to the side. What a stumping!
P. Arnold st E. Cain b. U. Sherlock 20 (27b 1x4 0x6) SR:74.07

Oh....nevermind  ;D And that is why I love Ethan Cain
