Yep my older guys have been resting for a while, all up to energetic at least now.

Borgas on passable but that's only cos of a few long innings, he is 24.

Smith also on passable, was on that when I got him, resting from training this week to be really raring for a big match on Friday.

It's probably more effective to let him have the whole week off everything, and at his level he doesn't need much more training.
