8-6 Suited

Fletch, friendlies dont affect fatigue so you could have played them.

So while I went and got lunch, O'Neil picked up Colemans wicket. However his replacement is a boundary hitter and Randell is an accumulator. Double threat. :x

   End of over 22 (1 run) - surgeon XI(137-3) RR 6.23
J. Hogan 6 (13b) , F. Randell 31 (26b) , G. Gregory 6-0-37-0

Fletch74

Oh ok, didn't know that. Well, easy win for benjy. Still wanted to play some players who hadn't played to see what they were like

End of over 23 (8 runs) - Fletch's No Balls(81-7) RR 3.52
A. Cowper 20 (37b) , B. Rigg 4 (10b) , L. Marsh 2-0-11-1

Don't know if I'll make the ton...

8-6 Suited

End of over 29 (1 run) - surgeon XI(168-3) RR 5.79
F. Randell 46 (49b) , J. Hogan 20 (33b) , P. Lidgerwood 5-0-15-0

Got him down to under 6 an over. :D

Need to break this partnership up though as it just hit 50. WOuld like to see Randell gone the most however.

8-6 Suited

End of over 33 (2 runs) - surgeon XI(177-4) RR 5.36
R. McLauchlan 0 (1b) , J. Hogan 24 (45b) , P. Lidgerwood 7-0-18-1

32.5   W   Lidgerwood to Randell : Randell dances down the track to blast it out of the stadium but fails to read the flight and the turn, one of the easiest stumpings for Phillips. Smart bowling by Lidgerwood.
F. Randell st S. Phillips b. P. Lidgerwood 50 (60b 2x4 2x6) SR:83.33

Got him! I knew bowling ou Lidgerwood was a good idea. :D

Fletch74

End of over 34 (2 runs) - Fletch's No Balls(125-9) RR 3.68
P. Rollox 15 (28b) , K. Bitwott 8 (18b) , W. Griffith 7-0-14-1

Last partnership is 20 runs. Last 5 partnerships have accumulated 86 runs. Thank god for the tail ender's

8-6 Suited

lol Don't you love tail enders? :D

WOOHOOOO! Shame I don't remember the line.

8-6 Suited

39.4   W   Taylor to McLauchlan : McLauchlan goes across the line and misses, Taylor appeals his heart out and the umpire just had to give that out. Hitting middle and off no doubt.
R. McLauchlan lbw b. S. Taylor 25 (26b 1x4 0x6) SR:96.15

Taylor picks up his 2nd wicket, after being smashed for 33 runs from the last 3 overs of his spell.

End of over 40 (8 runs) - surgeon XI(226-5) RR 5.65
J. Hogan 41 (62b) , G. Savage 1 (1b) , S. Taylor 10-0-69-2

8-6 Suited

42.3   W   O'Neill to Savage : A misjudgment of Gattingesque proportions from Savage. On a length, the ball jagged back. He had already decided to shoulder arms and the ball smacked into his back leg. It looked out before the appeal had even reached the 'zat' stage and the umpire agreed.
G. Savage lbw b. F. O'Neill 13 (11b 1x4 0x6) SR:118.18

42.2   .   O'Neill to Savage : [dropped] Edged and dropped! First slip was primed to take the catch, before Phillips thought better of it, diving to take it himself. Unfortunately he spilt it mid-air, evoking the dirtiest of looks from O'Neill.

Luckily he went out the next over. Been belted for 22 runs from the last 2 overs so desperately need to get Hogan out.

End of over 43 (3 runs) - surgeon XI(251-6) RR 5.84
J. Hogan 51 (67b) , M. Duperouzel 3 (3b) , F. O'Neill 7-0-43-3

Fletch74

End of over 43 (5 runs) - Fletch's No Balls(161-9) RR 3.74
K. Bitwott 24 (48b) , P. Rollox 33 (53b) , G. Chapman 7-2-18-2

Last wicket partnership in excess of 50 now. Last 5 wickets have given me 132 runs :)

Benjy had me on toast earlier.

Fletch74

Well done Shaggy. At least you picked him up ;)

Fletch74

Fletch's No Balls all out. Benjy's main bowler picks up 4 and destroyed my woeful team.

End of over 44 (1 run) - Fletch's No Balls(162-10) RR 3.68
K. Bitwott 24 (48b) , P. Gladigau 6.5-0-18-4

Well, I was looking at being all out for 50 at one stage, so I can't complain. The first 5 partnership netted 29 runs!!  >:(

8-6 Suited

You did alright with a second rate team Fletch.

Looks like I will be chasing around 320 if this run rate keeps up. Slowly increasing again, after I had it down to almost 5 an over. About to break through 6 again. :(

End of over 45 (8 runs) - surgeon XI(265-6) RR 5.89
J. Hogan 57 (72b) , M. Duperouzel 11 (10b) , F. O'Neill 8-0-51-3

8-6 Suited

45.5   .   Permaul to Duperouzel : [dropped] Watching from here I'll confidently say that Morrison should have caught that. Back to the drawing board.

Not a good day out for Permaul today unfortunately. :(

8-6 Suited

46.3   2   O'Neill to Owen : [dropped] Edged to the right of Phillips who dives and just manages to get a glove to it. That will go down as a missed chance.
46.2   W   O'Neill to Hogan : [catch] Hogan goes for the drive and ends up hitting it in the air towards point. He didn't get his foot to the pitch of the ball but went through with the shot. Baker swoops forward and takes it inches from the ground.
J. Hogan c J. Baker b. F. O'Neill 63 (76b 4x4 1x6) SR:82.89

46.1   4   O'Neill to Hogan : Kaushik won't reach that. Four runs added

End of over 47 (8 runs) - surgeon XI(281-7) RR 5.98
P. Owen 3 (3b) , M. Duperouzel 18 (15b) , F. O'Neill 9-0-59-4

O'Neil gets a 4 fa. Al;most had a 5 wicket haul but another dropped catch. 3 so far today.

Fletch74

End of over 3 (6 runs) - benjy251090(12-1). 151 runs required from 47 overs. RR 4.00 RRR 3.21
J. Heindricks 4 (4b) , G. Ghei 8 (12b) , E. Graham 2-0-10-1

Picked up a wicket with my 3rd ball :D My new ball bowler... :)
