Indeed HP ;D
Your bowlers have proved very helpful.
McIntyre & Terp will be around for a long time ;D

Alex7089

End of over 13 (1 run) - richmond tigers(77-3) RR 5.92
D. Weir 25 (31b) , D. Frost 2 (3b) , P. Sayers 1-0-1-0

Yay, RR back under 6. Hopefully I can keep it there :)

BratPack

#10037
End of over 12 (22 runs) - The Brat Pack(128-3) RR 10.67
H. Ngwale 18 (7b) , W. Sim 61 (32b) , P. Fraser 2-0-30-2

Normal Service once again resumed

That is the 50 partnership (50 runs, 20b, 3x4, 2x6) SR:250.00

8)

13.5 6 Gee to Ngwale : That's a big one! Ngwale has advanced down the pitch and hit it straight over Gee for six. The ball has landed 20 rows back! Cracking shot!

13.4 6 Gee to Ngwale : Hello and goodbye! Short delivery, and in a flash he swivels and pulls that high and handsome over deep midwicket for maximum.

13.3 6 Gee to Ngwale : Wow! Ngwale picked the line early and just slogged that back past Gee

;D ;D ;D

Fletch74

End of 14 overs, 2-175 RR: 12.50

Matthews 97 off 40, Beveridge 39 off 17. Good scoring BP, Good bowling Alex

Alex7089

14.1   W   Sayers to Frost : Frost pushes that one to mid on and sets off immediately. But Weir doesn't want the run! Confusion in the middle as both batsmen are left stranded at one end. Sayers collects the throw from Antoine and simply rolls it down the pitch for Khan to whip off the bails!
D. Frost run out (K. Antoine) 4 (7b 0x4 0x6) SR:57.14

Oh yay :)
14.5   W   Sayers to Weir : [catch] Bouncer, and hooked straight to the man in the deep! Out!
D. Weir c E. Grey b. P. Sayers 30 (36b 2x4 0x6) SR:83.33

And it gets better :)

Alex7089

15.1   W   Jackson to Joseph : Tossed up on the middle and off stump line, the ball grips the surface and turns back in. Joseph realises too late and although it strikes high on the pad, the umpire has no hesitation in raising his finger.
I. Joseph lbw b. P. Jackson 0 (1b 0x4 0x6) SR:0.00

I love collapses :)

Fletch74

Matthews reaches his ton, 101 off 44 balls. Great innings :D

BratPack

That is 50 runs for Ngwale (53 runs, 19b 4x4 4x6) SR:278.95

I love Ngwale  :)

8-6 Suited

Alright I'm back, Chicken Schnitzel sandwich in hand.

Seems Lidgerwood picked up a couple wickets, what a gun. But Gregory just got belted...

   End of over 16 (15 runs) - champs united(100-5) RR 6.25
M. Jadeja 3 (3b) , B. Vasudha 18 (10b) , G. Gregory 4-0-31-1

15.6   1   Gregory to Vasudha : Short of a length from Gregory, Vasudha gets a thick outside edge as he looks to drive and the ball runs down to third man.
15.5   .   Gregory to Vasudha : Good ball from Gregory, it squares up and misses the edge of Vasudha's bat by a millimetre.
15.4   4   Gregory to Vasudha : [Boundary Hitter] It has to be tennis out there, surely. A walloped ball sails over Gregory's head for 4. Vasudha looks very smug indeed.
15.3   4   Gregory to Vasudha : That's a simply marvelous shot. Dispatched with nonchalance by Vasudha - the ball racing to the boundary for 4. Splendid stuff.
15.2   4   Gregory to Vasudha : Short and wide outside off, and Vasudha waits for it and sends it past backward point. McCarthy runs around from third man, but can't cut it off. Vasudha and Jadeja touch gloves as the walk back to their respective ends.

15.1   2   Gregory to Vasudha : Leans forward and on-drives for a couple.

Alex7089

16.3   W   Terpstra to Jones : Terpstra has struck. It was a loopy flighted delivery around the off stump and Jones didn't get to the pitch of the ball and he edged his attempted cover drive to first slip.
G. Jones c W. McEvoy b. J. Terpstra 10 (7b 0x4 1x6) SR:142.86

Collapses = love :)

8-6 Suited

Udana gets his first wicket, as did Permaul the over before hand...

17.1   W   Udana to Jadeja : Udana gets the edge. Jadeja slams his bat into his pads and stomps off to the dressing room.
M. Jadeja c S. Phillips b. B. Udana 4 (5b 0x4 0x6) SR:80.00

16.2   W   Permaul to Vasudha : Slightly short and coming in with the angle, too good a delivery for Vasudha, who fails to get bat on ball and is caught plumb in front of the stumps.
B. Vasudha lbw b. K. Permaul 18 (12b 3x4 0x6) SR:150.00

Alex7089

17.3   W   Sayers to Hoare : Bowled him! Excellent delivery on a length, nips back in from outside the off stump, Hoare on the front foot looks to drive through the off side, gets the inside edge and strikes the middle stump.
M. Hoare b. P. Sayers 1 (7b 0x4 0x6) SR:14.29

Yippee!!!!!!

valkorum

End of over 17 (10 runs) - John Howard's Coathangers(111-7) RR 6.53
D. Klibbe 0 (0b) , A. Rasheed 3 (4b)

17.2 W Lafir to Rasheed : Goes for the big lofted drive, but doesn't time it at all and rather tamely picks out Kierse on the edge of the circle.
A. Rasheed c T. Kierse b. D. Lafir 3 (6b 0x4 0x6) SR:50.00

Thats a much better effort from my boys

BratPack

16.4 W Fraser to Ngwale : Fraser gets that one to cut sharply off the seam. Ngwale sticks his bat out in hope but can only manage to get a faint edge. Edmondson dives to his right and takes that one just inches from the turf much to the delight of Fraser. Ngwale can't believe his luck and begins the long walk back to the sheds.
H. Ngwale c T. Edmondson b. P. Fraser 57 (23b 4x4 4x6) SR:247.83

Dang  :(

8-6 Suited

Udana gets another.

17.3   W   Udana to O'Connor : There's a noise as that goes through to Phillips and Udana turns and appeals. Glove? Bat? O'Connor's arthritic wrists playing up? Doesn't matter, umpire says it's out.
C. O'Connor c S. Phillips b. B. Udana 0 (2b 0x4 0x6) SR:0.00

   End of over 18 (2 runs) - champs united(106-8) RR 5.89
R. McLean 2 (3b) , V. Harris 3 (3b) , B. Udana 3-0-8-2
