a private board with only 32 members. how'd they get 3 leagues then? mix the teams up?

I think this is my first post actually

Anyway i thought I could explain since the 2010 season is over. Thefantasyfootyclub.com was a URL we used between Jan and March.

Just before the season started we moved to www.fantasyfootyclub.com and got some new forums

We ran 3 leagues between 42 players for the year so there were 6 teams that were in 2 leagues. The only reason we did that was so that we wern't filled up with public players.

Our aim wasn't to win the leagues at the start of the year though after a few weeks in we realized that that should be our focus.  All our members were very active throughout the whole year and there was a lot of talk between each of us about what strategies to use. It was suprising at the end of the day that even though there were 42 people using the same forums we all had hugely different teams.

This ended up being one of the keys to us finishing so well. We all had the solid players, ablett, swan, goddard, barlow but apart from that we had a massive spread of players who we all rated as quality. This meant that each week we would have players do really well and some not do so well and we never had a down week.

Anyway I hope that this answers some of the queries you guys were having through the year and I hope you dont mind me bumping this thread to answer some of the points mentioned.
