Suns shine too bright on Islanders

Now THAT was a close finish! Bont was once again doing all he could late (winning yet another finals champion medal), but the home crowd did JUST ENOUGH to get the tiring Suns over. They will be thanking the footy gods Tex was injured in the 3rd quarter.

For Pacific, a disappointing way to exit considering the scoring power they've continued to show for so long now. The elusive premiership remains wanting, as they'll need to reload again for 2025.
