I looked into Miller's numbers a little bit more, he has been a flat track bully beating up on bad teams. They do play some bad teams in the back end of the year, but I think I'd rather Gulden long term.

Mat0369

Bont VC paid off in the end. Bonus 10 points on Zorko haha

Colliwobblers

Yeah To Gulden and I didn't think you'd miss out on captain's points :)

Not many windows to change to the best players, Guldens is probably this week or never.

Mat0369

I felt the Gulden and Stewart combo was better than Miller and Lizard.

Laird has been excellent tonight, he's on 52 at QT

Colliwobblers

Role change. Bit hard to rely on anyone at the Crows but may regret dumping Laird, Doubt will regret getting Gulden.

Lizard is a bit erratic in his scoring. I'd be shocked if Stewart didn't come good at some point but he's been a tough hold for owners.

Round 14

Score: 2,185
Rank: 33,151
Round Rank: 331
Cash: $58,900

Trades

Miller > Gulden
Macrae > Whitfield
Sullivan > Dowling

Good: Daicos, Dale, Whitfield, Bont (C), LDU, Laird, Grundy, English, Heeney, Zorko
Pass: Gulden, Freijah
Bad: Green, Dowling, Fisher, Book, Moore
Ugly: Butters

It was a pretty damn good week in the end. A couple of hiccups with some guys underperforming, but I had some huge performances and I think I made the right trades in the end.

This week I'm thinking Freijah and Garcia to maybe Schoenmaker and Rozee. That gives me Rozee at M9, 5 trades, 18 if Clark plays and about 10k in the bank

Bully

That's a blinder of a week, I'd be stoked with that result.

Mat0369

I had someone in one of my leagues finish in the top 15 overall and another one I was pipped by 4 points for the top score. It's nice to have one of the monster scores for a change considering how trash my team has been some weeks

My RDT finished 38th overall for the round as well so it was a pretty great week across the two comps.

Mat0369

Just looking at my trades again, I was thinking that it's worth getting someone with Mid/Fwd DPP that will be a rolling donut to make the loophole at M8 a viable option. Eagles play most Sunday games so I'd also consider doing something like Dawson out for Rawlinson. It actually allowed me to tinker a bit more and I can do something like this

Out

Garcia
Richards
Freijah

In

Worner
Rawlinson
Yeo

On current form Yeo probably provides a greater swing/cover than Rozee. It leaves me 4 trades 7.7k and I can wait and see what I can do with Clark in a few weeks if Rozee continues to drop in price.

Colliwobblers

Great round on both fronts.

Yeo would be good for defense and mid cover.

Butters got off! Suspension thrown out

That and the fact they let Hogan I believe it was off for a similar thing earlier this season, all Port had to do was turn up with the footage of that case and deal done, case closed.

Mat0369

Yup, they used the Hogan defence. Can't upgrade negligible to low which is what they did

I remember the guys on afl 360 carrying on, "oh well it's official now you can punch people in the face, precedent has been set so everyone can do it get off".

Here we are :)
