The whole world knows that Harley Reid is the likely #1 pick in the AFL and WXVs, generating buzz from as early as before the season started.

Cairo, the once 0-10 team, seemed in prime position to land the coveted pick and 'learn to Reid'

But stuff that. Culture is King.

The Sands have posted eight 130+ scores in a row and notched 3 wins, to at long last elevate itself from last, where it has been since Round 2.

The Royals also were in 'Reid' territory, but given its pick is tied up with Christchurch, was in no mood to deliver him to NZ and its win over Berlin last week ensured it won't happen... through London's pick at least.
