Rule Discussion for 2023

So I'm gonna open the trade period because it'll definitely be very active, but we also need to talk about rule changes or additions for next season, most notably the addition of a TOG rule so that we don't cop any horrible scores (see Springfield losing to Hawaii because our good friend Jack Billings dropped a 0 after getting injured instantly)

This will (likely) feature
-25% (inclusive) TOG cut off for valid scores
-This will also include activated medical substitutes, if they come on and garner at least 25% TOG, their score will count
-TOG numbers will be gathered from the FF match centres which are great btw and totally accurate 100%

Any other rules that you wish to add or rework, put in here and we can discuss and then I'll implement them. I don't think we need to delay the trade period until this is done, but if anyone thinks otherwise, say that too.

Are we open to including position changes during the season. Align with AFL Fantasy?
