It's everyone's favourite tournament where - as Drew Carey would say - everything is made up and the points don't matter. Well, other than deciding who wins.

There is ONE round of the AAMI Community Series, and I thought last years format was fun... so that's right, we're having a sequel! Even though we pretty much nailed it the first time.



Rules

We have 18 teams, and 1 tournament winner to decide within 1 week.

In the spirit of pre season matches, often we see the inexperienced get given match exposure. Why should we be any different?

1) XV structure - as per usual, with 8 emergencies.
2) Scoring

The scoring formula is:

Points scored x ( $290,000* / salary of player)

*league wide average salary per player, excluding those priced at $100k.

All of a sudden, Jack Macrae isn't the gun he's supposed to be, and your draftees turn into game changers!

For example, Macrae scores say, 150. This is adjusted as so:
- 150 * 290,000 / 934,000
= 47

Whereas say, Tom Sparrow scores 90, which turns into:
- 90 * 290/133
= 196

3) Captain scores will be based on raw scores as always.



Full lockout on Thursday 7.20pm AEDST, however, if 8 emergencies isn't enough I'll fill in the blanks with players from the rest of your list at no penalty.
