Toronto have done it!

The team that snuck into the 8 at the last moment has lifted once again, and will now face Mexico City in a preliminary final! What a story! And to carry club debutant Stein along the way is special!

For PNL, it's a bitter taste in the mouth. Their season deserved a prelim, but it was not meant to be. No doubt we'll seem them in August again next year.

The Islanders that turned up to Linkbelt Oval on the weekend were unstoppable. Two more weeks of that will see them win the premiership unopposed... much like this result.

In the end, I feel like I got pretty far with a team with some glaring holes. Looking forward to getting back up for another dip next year!
