I really think you need to find a way to get Jones to a minimum of Young from Freo but ideally a keeper! Rookies are going to be hard to come by down back!

Agree with Money Shot. Jones needs to go. One of the mids to a rookie and moving one of the forwards into the midfield is probably the easy way to do it. I'm not really sure on Stef Martin either. He has traditionally struggled as a forward so you would want to either take the shot with Flynn/Hunter or upgrade him to a legit premium

agree with the above, have to shore up that DEF. Clark i'm his biggest fan but not even sure on JS TBH. regardless Clark wants to be your D5, KOZI wants to be your D6

And if no gawn to start you will want gawn to finish, so your R2 should be the biggest cash generating ruck you feel exists. be it rook or mid pricer, because no ruck will get close in point generation, so whoever else you start is temporary.

Rucks, your call - set and forget GG or make one the biggest cash cow in the game. otherwise your losing a LOT of points per round for nothing...

With Rucks if going this route would try to get Gawn over Grundy as Grundy may be easier to get later than Gawn.

Changes I would make are one of Dunkley or Martin to replace Rowell , Rowell to a 123k Forwrd playing
Then Grundy to Gawn and Jones to Clarke,

I've made a few adjustments.

MID: Steele, Oliver, Petracca, Bont, Cripps, Campbell, Powell, Scott (Gulden, McNeil, Berry)
RUCK: Grundy, Flynn (Hunter)
FWD: Dunkley, D.Martin, De Goey, Ziebell, Daniher, Rowe (Brockman, Warner)

(BOLD= Keeper, GLOW = Hopefuls, but probably gone after mid season , Normal = Rookies to upgrade)

Staying with Grundy in Ruck.. i just feel like Gawn will drop value quickly.

Will look over it again tomorrow (besides richmond and carlton players)  and make final changes then.

Maybe he drops in $ but the additional points that Gawn will produce over the season make that irrelevant IMO
Unless you think Grundy will match or out point Gawn??
Neither are forecast to reduce in price much over the 1st 12 rounds but Grundy arguably faces "better" ruck during that period compared the Gawns opponents
IMO pay the money for Gawn now, unless it seriously unbalances the rest of your team
