So just an update on the coach situation re: SR and RG. I've since heard from SR and while I won't go into detail on what he said to me, it does appear if he may be moving on soon.

Because of this, I decided to be as proactive as possible and look for a replacement. With that in mind, Koop has volunteered to take over as caretaker of Los Angeles in the interim with a view to replacing SR should he ultimately decide to call time on his coaching career here in ADT.

As for RG, I'm yet to hear back from him so we're just playing that one by ear. With the state of the forum's activity and given how busy a lot of people are these days, I'm struggling for options but if anyone has suggestions on someone who may be active and committed, please DM me here on FF or Discord, or if you are a prospective coach in waiting who happens to be reading this, please do the same.

In the meantime, SilverLion has offered to be caretaker in the interim and name the Calgary team until we hear from RG one way or another, but at this time he has turned down the role if it becomes officially available.
