Ended up doing Sturt to Williamson and Pickett to Butler (DPP with Rivers and Starc will be handy).,

Mat0369

So I brought in Smith for Whitfield......and reversed the trade at 7.38 pm  :-X

Anyone taking the punt on Stephen Hill this week? Could be handy with Brander. Tossing up between him or Williamson (via Brander) for Bedford

Thought about it for a second, but have to wait until next week - we need to see him get through a game

PowerBug

I want to see him run onto the field for his second game before I trade him in.

It's Houston to Starcevich (late I know!) as the first trade. Then the current F8 (originally R3) Charlie Comben to Jy Simpkin. Still leaves me about 80k to help me manoeuvre next week as well

Jacobs to Sicily via Cameron and Brander, then Whitfield to Dan Butler. Allowing me to go Noble to Danger next week, and hopefully Butler back to Whitfield in 2/3 weeks.

Or should I just go Whitfield to Petracca this week and save the trades?

Sitting in the top 1,000 at the moment, so want to get a full premo side ASAP.

B.

I’ll be brining in Hamill this week. As a mad crows supporter he looked real good against the suns, looked quick with run and carry in our slow team and named on a wing this week, should get a good run at it

Anyone taking a risk on Fort? 267k, available as a forward & scored 94 in Round 1. Has Gawn this week :-X

It's annoying Geelong won't say how long Rhys Stanley will be out for though with his medial ligament sprain and there is a chance Esava may ruck as well.

I'm seriously considering trading out Long (failed experiment) for Fort. The length of Stanley's injury is the only thing that concerns me.

Bring in a Geelong ruck at our own peril.

+1

I was thinking Long to Fort, which then allows me to go Whitfield to Fyfe.

Not sure what to do this week.

Being considered

1.  Whitfield to Petracca,  Sturt to Naismith (R3) sit on Cumming at D7,  wait on Harley until next week
2.  Whitfield to Butler, Sturt to Naismith (R3) sit on Cumming, wait on Harley until next week
3.  Keep Whitfield, Sturt to Naismith (R3) Cumming to Bennell and Brander swings back,
4,  Miss out on Naismith and do the Whitfield to Butler/Petracca and Cumming to Bennell trades.

Thoughts are :  Petracca will be a keeper,  Pittonet to Whitfield in 3 weeks time when Whitfield bottoms and Pitt tops out
Butler will gen more cash than Petracca but will be an upgrade and another trade I need.    Rowell looks like being at worst M8 by end of year.  Another trade saved.   Will lost 30-40k on not doing Bennell this week.  But will still be a viable option to trade in next week and gen cash up to low 300's for future upgrade.

So option 1 looks best long term result for the team.

Team after trades:
Sicily, Doc, H Clark, Ridley, Noble, Starevich, [cumming, BZT]
Neale, Macrea, Mitchell, Sloane, Dusty, Viney, Rowell, T Rivers [Marlon P, T Brown, JMac]
Grundy, Pittonet [Naismith]
Simpkin, D Smith, Petracca, C Taylor, Brander, Buderick [Rankine, Xerri]

I wouldn't go near Butler, and I'm not sure Naismith is a great option too considering Sinkers is now in the side as well

I'd be using this week to cut the duds and make sure you've got all the cash cows

Whitfield and Cumming are the two I'd probably punt

Maybe Cumming to Bennell via Rivers and Whitfield to premo Mid (swing Dusty back fwd)
Owe you one RD,  ended up leaving Naismith out.  Saved a trade.  Bennell now waits to next week as well.   Might end up only doing Sturt to Petracca with cash on hand.

Thoughts -

Cumming Whitfield > Petracca Zerrett/Oliver
Leaves mids
Neale, Macrea,Mitchell, Sloane, Zerrett/Oliver, Viney M6, Rowell M7 - Buderick, Pickett, Mcinerny TBrown for M8.    This week will probably loophole mcinerney 74.

Can't complain about making moves like that. Are you able to reach Fyfe instead of Z or Clarry?
