Round 2 Trades

Dont have any of Sturt, georgiades, bennell, rivers.

Currently have non-playing rookies in: BZT, Green, Davis, Cavarra.

Thoughts on going a week early on ones of these players to avoid missing out of them in the future?

You only get two trades after this round so I would get at least one, if not two of those 4 that you haven't got.
Rivers is DPP so I would get him first and he is playing.

Agree with Wanderer here and I think either BZT to Rivers or if you have sufficient cover in def, then trade Green to Rovers which opens up DPP. If you do BZT to Rivers, then Green for Bennell might be an option too.

I've already done Green to TBrown, but will probably do BZT to Rivers and Cavarra to Bennell/McHenry via Budda fwd.

thanks guys. i also went a week early on darcy cameron last night as i was confident in his ability to perform. After a couple of other correctional trades im only going to have 1 trade left to get rid of one of those rookies. The main worry i have with rivers is his js and i dont know much about him. With bennell im worried about his durability.

Many rookies have shaky JS. I'm getting Rivers in this week, mainly because of his handy DPP. He also has big wraps on him and I think he will get enough games this year to make some money. Bennell, I'm waiting a week and have already factored it into my plans next round if he plays well.

Made 3 changes so far. Trying to preempt a few some of the rookies needed so im not stuck next week

Cavarra to Sturt - Im assuming that Sturt will come back in and really holding Cavarra seems like a stupid idea anyway.
Green to McHenry - Ive got big wraps on this kid, im expecting him to score well and be given a bit of an extended run
Bont to Whitfield - Opens up DPP and I can then decide if I want to play Budarick, King, Mchenry or Rivers on field

Fourth change is reliant of the Def loophole.
If Im taking BZT out its either Doodee as straight swap in (Best Option) or Bennell in Mids on Bench with Rivers to defence and him or Brander on Field
Really dont mind getting Doodee in as D5 with Noble as D6

Doodee and Birchall are similar. Really a coin flip there.

I prefer DPP options, but each to there own and there isn't a huge amount of use for Def Mid DPP TBH, especially with rookies.

Already in 33% of sides, so guessing alot have him. If you don't though get on one of the best rookie options in the mids ATM.

Yep no brainer if you don't have him I'm just glad he's playing to fill in for Green this week.

I'd almost go McAsey out of those 2, will definitely lose some cash.

I've decided I'll trade one of Green or BZT to Rivers. Actually leaning towards keeping BZT, see if he comes back in next week. Don't think we'll see Green for a while now!
