Round 2 Trades

So have worked out a plan for this week now. As long as teams named how I hope

Sturt (If Named) to come in for Cavarra or King.

Bont to Whitfield to open up DPP and im confident he will be in the top 6 fwds and opens up the DPP link.

BZT out means I have the option to loophole Starcevich with Brander as D6.
Starcevich score <70 then BZT out, Rivers to Defence, Budarick to Mids, Georgiades In, and Brander on field as D6.
Starcevich score >70 then Hold BZT with Budarick/Cavarra/King out for Georgiades

Will use Cameron as my Backup to Naismith instead of putting Mcevoy in the rucks, as im more comfortable with him on field than a forward rookie.

Robertson im willing to not bring in unless I have to, as he is on the fringe im not confident he will play consistently even if named this week.

Happy to hold Dangerfield

Any thoughts if im misisng anything here.

Sturt and Georgiades both in doubt with niggling injuries, something to monitor. Charlie Dixon also to come back in for Port this week

Not making any of the changes until I need to. Def want to see the teams before I do.
If not I can always make a decision on bringing other players in or just holding the ones I have.

Brodie smith to Stewart or Howe?

Stewart for consistency.
Howe if you think he will get to play that ‘loose’ 3rd defender role all year. Howe’s role depends so much on the health and fitness of the pies key backs

How about Stewart vs Haynes?

Depends on your team really and your style.
Stewart is consistent and will be top 10-15, Haynes is cheaper but unknown.

Personally I started Haynes, but I couldn't take him if I was running other risky Defender options.

At this moment I’m running with

Laird, Smith, Docherty, noble, rook, rook

So I guess that’s why I’m contemplating someone like Stewart as a “consistent” plug over Brodie smith. Also helps Geelong don’t leave Geelong for half the season. Anyone else you’d consider?

Yeha a consistent player seems good. Hurn, Stewart type.

Fort, Georgiades, Davis, Bedford, Deven Robertson, Sturt, Crowden, Dylan Roberton, Naismith, BZT.

Alot of people will have 5-7 of these, lucky I only have 2 and im keeping 1 or both.

A few other on extended benches, Mcinerney, Green, Cavarra.

so Roberton to Noble,  BZT to rivers, probably hold English and trade to Naismith next match.   Fwd rooks not sure.  couple of non playing rooks on the bench possibly

I could still grab Rivers next week before his price rise

McAsey is still in, Young and Hill not named. Sturt injured, Starcevich looks to be getting another run. Davis has been dropped and Cavarra on an extended bench. Williams also hasn't been named but I'm looking at Zerk-Thatcher to Cameron through Williams. I'll sit Cameron at R3 tonight. Other option is Davis>Cameron and loophole one of King/Cameron using Cavarra if he gets dropped.

You only get two trades after this round so I would get at least one, if not two of those 4 that you haven't got.
Rivers is DPP so I would get him first and he is playing.
